Our own realtor was out of town when we wanted to see a property listed by Cindy. Instead of waiting until our realtor returned a week later (our realtor never offered to have her showing assistant meet us) we called Cindy and told her we were already working with someone, but she still met us at the property immediately. We submitted an offer the same day. I am still quite disappointed that my realtor was so aloof yet still was entitled to full commission. At that time, we decided we'd use Cindy when the time came to sell. And we did. Buying and selling real estate can be such a complicated and stressful process. We've learned some hard lessons about the "business" along the way. With Cindy, we had no worries. She was honest, ethical and she knows her stuff! Cindy listens to her clients and genuinely understands what they're looking for. She was able to identify a buyer for our home before it ever hit the MLS. She knew our home was a perfect match for one of her clients and we had a contract after one showing.
