I recently sold my house and used Stacey as my realtor. She and Rommy, the broker, were both…read moreexcellent. We came up with a reasonable asking price and after that, they took care of everything. My place was under contract within 10 days and I got $10k above asking. I hardly had to do anything. Stacey was present for all of the inspections and viewings. Rommy assured me that they would be present for every showing. That is important because some irresponsible realtors will leave lights on and water running (I've seen it happen!) and they don't care because they're not the ones paying for the utilities. They have docusign, so I didn't have to fax or mail hardly anything. Most of the transactions were handled via email. Stacey was good at explaining all of the legal mumbo jumbo and documents that I encountered. She is very smart and has an advanced degree. Overall, real estate transactions can be extremely frustrating and annoying, a true test of patience. I'm glad I chose Stacey and Rommy because unlike the characters that are omnipresent in real estate, they are real human beings who are not desperate to make sales. They didn't pressure me into doing anything. If I asked for an opinion, I got one but the final decision was left up to me. They never once tried to coerce me or belittle me. If I could have, I would have bought my next place through them but unfortunately I moved out of town and met a real piece of work who pressured me every step of the way... After having experienced both good and bad in real estate, I can confidently say that Stacey is legit.

As first time buyers/homeowners initially my boyfriend and I thought it would be quite stressful. But Alicia made us feel very confident in all of our decisions with her on our side. Her responsiveness was amazing (sometimes within mins) and she was sure to explain every document throughly when we had questions. But most importantly, when we found "the one" she sealed the deal for us! I would highly recommend Alicia for any of your real estate needs.

As someone who was initially intimidated by and knew very little about the process of searching for and buying a home, he made every step of the process as smooth and transparent as possible. From searching for listings, to carefully analyzing the pros and cons of each choice, to the price negotiations, to booking inspections and setting up contract work, and all the way through to the close of escrow, I felt truly cared for, and like he always had my best interests in mind. Both my partner and I felt so well taken care of during the entire process, with all communications and questions being answered quickly and cohesively. His contacts in inspectors, contractors, plumbers, gardeners, etc. have proven to be just as reliable and responsive as he is. I can't imagine the process of buying our first home having been any more positive than this! Thank you, Jeremiah!

We just finished up my second time seeking mortgage financing with ID Mortgage Brokers and I just can't see myself ever going anywhere else for financing. Irina does such a great job securing the best deals and has many and very great resources to get the job done. I was having a difficult time securing funding for my latest project because of it's unusual nature, and because Irina and team worked as hard as they do, she was able to change course and secure a great deal for me with another loan company after the first one failed to fund me. If you ever need mortgage financing and you want a broker who is hard working, who actually cares about what she does and always keeps you in the loop as the project progresses, Irina Dyakun of ID Mortgage Brokers gets the job done. I will use ID Mortgage Brokers again in the near future, because in my mind, no one could do what Irina Dyakun can do. I'm very convinced of that and there's no changing my mind.

There is good reason this company has numerous other one star reviews; if I could leave zero stars,…read moreI would. This "property management" company is comprised of a group of unprofessional, pretentious amateurs: Ross, the owner; Grace, his right hand henchwoman; Mike, Jamie, & Susie, Grace's phone operators. I lived in a Redondo Beach SFH for 4 years and paid rent early every month. I took it upon myself to care for the house as if it were my own. When the property was turned over to me as a new tenant, the bath still had an old, used, dirty bath mat in it with mold and mildew under it. The bathroom had hair and toothpaste throughout. The back yard had dog feces throughout. The garage had a dog run with urine stains and odors in the concrete. The yard had sparse grass. The refrigerator had pools of water and mold under it. A little surprising for a $980K house / $4k/month rental. During my tenancy, I re-seeded the backyard and cleaned up all of the messes left for me to move into. Maintenance requests were typically ignored, but on the rare occasion they were not, they were performed in the cheapest possible fashion. At the onset of COVID-19, the owner of Riviera (Ross), sent a hasty email to all tenants encouraging them to setup direct pay to their bank accounts, so no payments were missed. Rather than empathy or a helpful explanation of tenants' rights, the bottom line was immediately money and continued lack of care. $1,400 worth of damages were charged against my security deposit for deficiencies pre-dating my tenancy. We were denied a walk through by Jamie and Grace, which is illegal in California. Pending the non-return of our security deposit, we will be in court with Riviera and the property owners. As both a real estate owner and a tenant, I would never trust my niece's toy house with Riviera Property Management.
