First she was too busy flirting with a young man in the back to come out and help me. When I finally asked for help and she turned around and realized I was there. I asked for the mask that I had priced a few hours earlier with a very nice lady who was working behind the counter. She increased the price of all of the masks by 20 euros or more per piece. In fact she priced them without pulling them out and also told me a different price. Seems like she is looking to make a bit of extra money. Then when i questioned the pricing she told me she owned the shop to which i turned and walked out. Before i even walked the ten steps to the door she was already back in the back of the store flitering woth that young man with her back to the store. If it is her store then i reccommend not shopping there. If it isnt her store i highly reccommend that the owners think about getting rid of her. She is skimming from sales and allowing anyone who walks by to walk in and steal whatever they want.

The best part was Sabrina, who was very helpful in explaining the differences in manufacture of the various pieces and how they looked and were priced because of those different methods. She explained the VAT refund process, patiently waited while my husband ran back to the hotel for our passports, and then securely packaged my purchases.
