The staff makes me feel comfortable, confident and relaxed on each lesson. They are very encouraging and watch every move to keep me in proper form. The horses are great and are a joy for me to be around. I plan to get more involved with the barn helping out so I can also learn about total horse care. I look forward to growing in my riding at Cash Lovell. I know they can get me there!!! If you want to take riding lessons I encourage you to give them a try whether young child, teen or adult like myself. It's a dream for me as I have always loved horses!!!

Bay View Stables is an amazing place that is a family that doesn't turn horses or people away. My kids have autoimmune conditions that other places wouldn't allow them near the horses. When I called Bay View over a year ago, the owner, Christy did not hesitate and told me to bring my kids in. Not only that she actually researched my daughter's conditions and worked on a plan to help them grow and keep them safe in their riding journey. My youngest daughter is more of a casual rider but my middle daughter started competing only two months after she started her lessons and won in her class. But the best part about Bay View is that the instructors actually teach the kids and adults how to ride horses. Sometimes that I have noticed going to competitions is that the horse are like robots and I have seen the lengths that some stables will go to and I have heard about medicating horses. At Bay View a high Majority of the horses are rescues. So these horses are not perfect but they are as sweet as they can be. They love the kids and the kids love them. Some do get scared some freeze up and need their rider to give them confidence, and some need their rider to let them borrow their energy. At Bay View Stables you are truly learning to connect with the horse and ride them. My middle daughter is becoming an absolute amazing rider. That is all thanks to Mrs Christy, (the owner, head instructor and head trainer) and Ms Kayla (Instructor and assistant Trainer). Mrs Christy truly has a super power to read both her horses and her riders. She knows when to push and how to help both horse and rider grow and work as a team. Ms Kayla has one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen. The kids connect with her extremely quickly. She has a way of understanding them that most adults don't. She is very special. Mrs Christy and Ms Kayla are an amazing team together and they complement each other beautifully. If you are looking for a stable that your child is going to learn to truly ride a horse Bay View is the place to go!! There is nowhere better. Plus you get to get a true part of American heritage, the American Saddlebred is an important part of our history.
