Heredity and old age aren't on my side. He did a deep cleaning on almost nonexistent 4 quadrants, and the best part, if you ever think there is one, is the needles didn't hurt much at all and the numbness left shortly after I did. I couldn't have been happier about those shots. He is extremely competent at what he does, with no messing around. He's professional to the point that almost made me uncomfortable but I understood where he was coming from. He told me to stop talking so he can get to work. I had to chuckle when he told me that but I did stop talking. I don't have any real dental insurance, so it was pretty costly for me but I that's what charge cards are for. However, from our interactions here, Redwood doesn't seem to have as large of a presence in this office thankfully. When I called to confirm my insurance was on file, I was told they don't take my insurance and had been sending the bill to the wrong address when I had given my new address and asked them to update when I was in. What is going on with this practice?
