After an insurance adjuster, a plumber, and a contractor visited the property, the contractor (right in front of me) ripped off a piece of the rotten subfloor and said he could push his fingers through the wood. There was no exterior wall insulation, letting in wind and the elements regularly. In the 18 months I lived at the rental, I saw maybe two employees. I even visited their Arden office and not a single employee was present. My property manager refused to refund me the money for the total days my door was unable to even shut fully following a break in, even after I sent in the police report. They raised my rent by $30 a month after I had already reported the mold issues. If you're a renter in Asheville or NC, stay far away from this company and go for a bigger property management group. I've never seen this amount of dysfunction from a renter in my life.
