I initially sent out an email in November (and a few more afterward) to cancel my daughter's class, I even called multiple times and have left voicemails to try and speak to someone to ensure cancellation and no additional bills. To this day, no one has gotten back to me and I continue to receive emails of them trying to process a payment. I've called too many times to remember and calls always go directly to voicemail. This establishment is completely disorganized and lacks proper communication. Unfortunately, this issue completely overshadows the positive experience my daughter had here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, as this shows they were willing to communicate with me initially to get my daughter signed up but completely avoid and ignore you when trying to cancel and go elsewhere.

This dance studio has a class scheduling policy that is appalling and not customer oriented…read more They will schedule their instructors to be teaching a class and beginning a class at the exact same time. For example: One instructor is scheduled to cover these classes : 10:15-11:00 ,11:00 - 11:45, 11:45-12:30 on Saturdays. The studio will not bother to schedule just 5 minutes in between classes to ensure timely instruction and maintain customer satisfaction. My daughter's 45 minute class was in effect only 40 minutes even though we were paying for 45 minutes. Please keep this in mind when you are looking for a dance studio because other studios do not do this.

The initial customer experience with the two young ladies in the front (Chelsea and Elizabeth) was great. They were very kind and patient as I enrolled my daughter for trial Ballet, Hip Hop, and Tap.
