I have lived here for far to long because my lease ends in the winter. Noise, horrible management that treats you rude, no water pressure shower has worked about 2 out of the three years and it takes a hour to fill the tub. Only Hot. Or Cold no middle so you have to wait more for it to cool down. But this , this microwave replacement is just about the worst thing I have ever seen. Really. A big white monster in the middle of all black appliances. The old microwave was black. I just can't with this. Do I laugh or cry. Don't move here for the money live in salt lake around normal people who will treat you with the respect you deserve. Please take my advice. And the fees. Oh don't get me stared on all the fees. So today is Christmas still no water pressure or hot water. Lovely present. Oh and the took the big white microwave out but still no microwave either. No call back from the lady left a message last week with her assistant. Cannot wait until my lease is up. Paying way to much money for this nonsense.

Loved the staff here. Chelsie is so nice to work with. I'm sad I'm leaving the state or else I'd still live here.

Our apartment manager came by to make sure we were okay - She wasn't angry, but rather truly concerned and wanted to be sure we were okay.

Then I had to walk a good 10 minutes just to get to my unit. 2: They claim they have "fiber internet". My first day I moved in I was pulling 3mbps. I had to wait 3 days before talking to their internet company just so I can get enough speed to watch Netflix. Since then I've pulled a good 140mbps- far from the 1000mbps that was promised. There's been a few occasions where the whole building's internet was out for a weekend. 3: Their management was never steady. Their new manager doesn't know anything about their policies. There are a bunch of hidden fees. Online it claims rent is only $1,300(estimate) but once they put in all the hidden fees rent adds up to be $1,700. They made me pay for their clubhouse, pool, and gym fees even when they were closed for months during the pandemic. They also offered no financial assistance or leeway on late fees due to pandemic reasons. 4: Once your lease is up they force you to put in a 60 day notice. You can't vacate any earlier. After 6 days of having a late payment, they send you a three-day notice saying you must "pay the full amount or get evicted within 3 days". Once the three days hits and you haven't paid yet they will charge you 3 times the amount for every object left in the apartment and change the locks. So on the 9th day of being late on rent they will evict you. They don't accept partial payment at any time. The new manager also doesn't offer any suggestions or financial aide to help you out. She simply said "this is your problem, what do you expect me to do about it?!". I strongly suggest finding a different place to live unless you are okay with terrible parking, thin walls, uneven floor, terrible management, overpriced payments, loud neighbors, and bad internet service. Oh, and of course, can't forget about the herds of mosquitoes that will eat you alive as you take the 10-minute walk from the car to your apartment. The only good thing about living here is the maintenance man. I've had to use him multiple times due to the cheap appliances they provide. *Edit_response back to comment: you're telling me to reach out to the manager- Madi. She is absolutely no help and doesn't know anything about your policies. Whoever hired her needs to reconsider her position. This review is mostly directed towards her.

We had a new property manager almost every month and the new one had no idea what the last one had done. We would get notices on our door every few weeks that said our renters insurance had lapsed, a call the our insurance said no it had not, I called the office and they had no idea what I was talking about!, than why do you keep putting notices on my door. Oh and they said that everything I got a notice that my account was going to be changed $20.00 We finally bought a home in the area, I went in to ask about getting out of our leas 1 month early only for them to tell us that we singed 14 month lease not a 12 month. They wanted either $2200 or we could pay back all our concessions back for the 11 months we lived there plus the rent till our unit was rerented. We ended up paying $1700 to brake the lease. The company that handled the buy out messed up twice and kept sending out notices that we still owed, like 6 months after we moved out. And to this day I still get email notices to pay my rent on line even though I have opted out of the email 6 times. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it was crazy over prices, small, and the staff is totally incompetent.

My fiancé moved here, and after the first couple weeks she started having marijuana smells in her apartment. She made complains numerous times, was told to call the police by the complex. Continued to happen, and would be very strong smelling. Camille, the manager is a joke. She is hard to get a hold of, always in meetings or will take weeks to email you back. She loves to play dumb when you bring something to her attention when you can actually get a hold of her. She must have poor communication with staff, as nobody in the office was on the same page. She doesn't care about your living situation or wellness. Just wants to take your money. Apartment wasn't worth the money either. Floor in the kitchen was soft and cracked the linoleum, also had an issue with the deck floor falling in, and the 2nd bathroom tub was cracked. All the electrical outlets were flipped upside down, which was very annoying. Hot tub never worked. HARD LESSON LEARNED! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!

The…read morelast place I lived, I dreaded talking to the front office staff, but everybody here is very friendly and respectful of my input. The building is relatively new, so I didn't have a lot of maintenance requests in the year I lived here, but when I did have maintenance issues, the turnaround was never more than 48 hours, and the maintenance staff is courteous and efficient. We didn't use the amenities much but this place seemed to have them all: indoor pool, outdoor pool, free (albeit small) gym, library/theater, covered parking, onsite storage, and laundry rooms. We brought our own washer and dryer, and there were hookups in our apartment (I think they all have hookups). The front office was also perpetually scheduling community activities, which we also didn't participate in but looked fun. Obviously the management can't control annoying neighbors, and we did have some, BUT the walls/floors are thick enough in the units that most outside noise was blocked out. Really the only downside of living here was the central air - in a (wise) effort to save floor space, the unit was placed in the ceiling of the kitchen, and it can be noisy. It works great, but it's definitely a noticeable sound. Small price to pay for the many other perks of living here! One last thing - for the rent, I don't think this place can be beaten. In the Salt Lake/Bountiful area, it's perhaps an average or slightly-above-average rent, but that rent is easily justified when you see staff out every day watering the hanging flowerbeds, shoveling snowy sidewalks, painting scuffed walls, etc. etc.
