To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Stacy and the CHI team were remarkably honest, straightforward and made the insurance claims process a breeze. They made what could have been very stressful quite manageable. Even our insurance agency's adjustor complimented that CHI really knew what they were doing. They preserved as much of the wall that they could, worked quickly on the emergency repairs and drying process, and then renovated the room so that it ended up looking better than ever. All of the work teams were professional, efficient and talented. Even more, the other contractors that provided us estimates overestimated and made it seem like we needed more work done. CHI was very straightforward and conscious of our financial situation. I felt like we were in very good hands throughout. I highly recommend this vendor with no hesitations and have already referred a friend who was also very satisfied. I have been trying to get someone to come by and assess the issues and formulate a solution, this has not happen. I went by the office and made them aware of the problems (3) weeks ago, I received one phone call after I phone contacted then a week after the office visit telling me that they were very busy and would get back to me, that was (2) weeks ago and they are very close to my house, (5 minutes away) going by the office this morning, wish me luck.

It was obvious throughout that he cared little for quality of his work. I quickly surmised this and oversaw all of it. He consistently sought to cut corners. I was over to Lowe's to design the drainage system myself. I now have a grey concrete strip across a white concrete sidewalk I guess because grey concrete was $2 a bag cheaper. Repeated entreaties to correct his errors go answered though he assured me he would remedy the situation. His bid was lower, but clearly he cares nothing for the quality of his work. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Not thinking that telling me to F*ck off as if asking to get your things weeks after you damaged my yard broke an outside outlet cover and left it exposed to all the rain.
