Bit hard to spot if you're not a local. Touchscreen kiosk…read moreavailable to get ticket. Eye exam is done through the eye machine, no placards hanging to read from. This makes it a bit difficult to adjust if you have frames that butt against the machine. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really easy process, didn't have to wait too long, about 15-20 min. Second time I came here I just walked in as no one was waiting.

Kelli, In 2021 you…read morehad the 97' chev on your assessment because you bought the car in April of 2021. Did you give the car back before May 31, 2021? If you did take the car back before May 31, 2021, I can remove it with proof that you gave it back from the dealership. If you gave it back after May 31st then you owe the $45 because you owned the car as of May 31st of 2021. This year you have both the 04' Honda and the 97' chev on this assessment so next year's tax bill will have both cars on there. You didn't let us know you gave back the Chev until this year in October and that's why it's still on the assessment this year. If you provide proof that you gave the car back this year before May 31st then I car remove the car for 2022. Please call me if you have any questions, I know all this is confusing. This response is from the DMV it is a response to a question that I had about a vehicle and why I was being charged property taxes on my vehicle this is her explanation I had the car less than 30 days but they skirt still gonna screw you in your ass if it you have it one day or 30 days after May 31 then they're gonna get you for the taxes if you owe it or not and this is from her mouth this is one of the head people in the DMV that responded in this manner so just to let you know if you bought a car after May 31 and it broke after one day and you go turn it in it doesn't matter they're still gonna charge you for the taxes and they were also saying that you didn't turn it in and report itJust to get the extra taxes out of their fucking stealing from Fort Smith and the residents I don't know about you but I'm tired of getting screwed as soon as I can go to Oklahoma I will and it's because of the taxes that were being charged Oklahoma in Louisiana neither one of those states charge property taxes on your vehicle so she explains why she screwed Everybody in Fort Smith why do Oklahoma and Louisiana not have these taxes and we gotta get it screwed by Fort Smith I think it's time for me to move I refuse to give them any more money and be ripped off one more time

Cavanal Hill - Standing at 1,999ft, Cavanal is "The World's Tallest Hill" because if it were 2,000ft it would be considered a mountain.

First off: I think this has GREAT potential. As the world's tallest hill (at 1,999 ft, 2,000 would…read moreclassify it as a mountain), it's definitely a landmark! Visit The World's Tallest Hill!!! The World's Tallest Hill boasts beautiful views of the rolling hills of Eastern Oklahoma, those same hills and mountains that reach over from Western Arkansas and the Ozarks. In the fall, I can imagine these hills are on "fire" with fall color, a great destination for central-south America for fall-color viewing. Why does it earn only 3 stars? 2 things knock a star each off: 1. The road up to The World's Tallest Hill (yes, I'm going to keep saying that!) is a nightmare upkeep-wise. Pot-craters, crumbling roads, you could almost consider it an off-road experience. As a hiker, I typically care loosely about the road to the top of a high place, but if there is going to be one, it should be in good repair. 2. The top, or "peak" could use some sprucing up. The viewpoint is great! And the official sign is wonderful! But it's a little awkward up there. Again, probably just another "unkempt" issue that is easy to resolve. Eventually I could see a cute gift/snack/trinket shop up there to cash out on literally being The World's Tallest Hill, almost a satirical approach, while still pretty impressive! Who would have thought Eastern Oklahoma was the home of The World's Tallest Hill. I was impressed as it was, but could stand to be even more impressed again!
