Mr. Earl and his team did a great job of getting my paperwork together with my help and was on top of everything. It was not necessary to have multiple calls/meetings as he is involved with constant cases (but still time for yours) and he is well received. We went to trial where he had everything in order so things went smoothly, he had additional questions showing my disability, and knew what to expect. Due to his hard work and knowledge (and his team like Laura)- I received a fully favorable review which I am in dire need of since I cannot work and haven't in years not to mention the chronic pain for years now. It caused me a lot of stress and I am glad that it is over for now. He is very matter of fact and timely. I highly suggest his services if you need disability and the medical coverage it may also provide you.

Look No Further for Your Law Team!…read more In September 2022, I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. Little did I know that this accident would lead to over two years of medical procedures and pain. I suffered severe whiplash, two bursas, and three bulged discs in my back. I called The Gold Law Firm and was first directed to Natasha Koeplin. Together, she and Greg Gold immediately started my client process. I was sent to specialists and began physical therapy and the process of healing. During that time, Victoria Siwecki took over my case. Victoria's dedication and expertise have been nothing short of extraordinary. She has been beside me every step of the way, through two and a half years of procedures, doctor visits, and claims. When we faced challenges with insurance, Victoria was relentless in her advocacy. She spent countless hours battling insurance on both sides, reducing my claims, and ensuring I received the care I needed. Her unwavering commitment to my case was evident in every interaction. Even after we settled, Victoria fought tirelessly to secure every penny for me. I was awarded over six figures for my injuries, all thanks to Victoria's relentless efforts. Her compassion, attention to detail, and fierce determination made all the difference. Greg also had impeccable communication and personally took the time to call me and walk through our options. He is empathetic, kind, and a cowboy who never lets down until he knows he has truly exercised all options. If I had not called The Gold Law Firm, I would not have gotten care right away and would have been out of pocket and in pain for many years to come. Victoria, Greg, and Natasha have helped me to have a strong road to recovery, and as much as I hope I do not have to use them again, I would not hesitate to call them right away. Thank you for all you have done and all of your compassion. The Gold Law Firm team are people you can count on, and they truly give you their attention.
