I needed guidance, I received none. I talked to your front man, I sent in the papers he asked for and never even received an email that the items had been received. When speaking with the other insurance agent before I mistakenly hire you, he said the parking differences and missing pay would be covered with in the settlement. I made it very clear from the very beginning that recovering missed pay and overtime was primary to me. I was not informed what was required with the parking and so that didn't happen. The paralegal could not clearly explain to the HR person at my work what was needed for the pay and so I had to explain it to her and it still was not correct or addressed. When I saw this proposal and saw how did not cover the specific items I required I emailed the paralegal of my displeasure. She forwarded it on to the other agent. That was NOT communication for him, it was directly to her. When I wanted to talk to you, you emailed me. When I said No to the first offer you advised me it would be a 5% increase in your fee to negotiate with the other party/ I am totally unsatisfied by the entire interaction with this law firm in every way.
