You commit 3 hours of waiting outside for a small chance of buying something. The sale starts and owner decides that she would give the 1st person in line the courtesy tour for 3 minutes to show her the location of everything the 1st person is interested in. So because you are 10 seconds later than the 1st person, you are heavily punished. By the time the sale starts, not even the 2nd or 3rd has the chance to buy anything. He also has a very nice selection of sapphires, in all colors. We got our engagement ring appraised here and Deepesh was very honest and knowledgeable. He was very transparent with the process, and showed us how he appraises each aspect of the ring. The whole process was done in front of us and took around 20-30 minutes. He was also honest with us about specific drawbacks of the sapphire we got that allowed us to buy it at that price. Overall, I'm happy to hear that we paid a very fair price for the ring and learned more about sapphires from him.
