His quality of work is superior, his craftsmanship is unmatched, and most importantly, he's an honest, hardworking, and genuinely good person. I originally hired Rob strictly for painting. He doesn't advertise that he does more than that, but as we talked, he mentioned other skills he had. I trusted my gut, knew he was the right guy, and handed over the entire condo renovation to him--and I'm beyond glad I did. Rob ended up acting as our general contractor and tackled a full-scale transformation. He removed old cabinets, built new walls, replaced all interior and closet doors, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, created custom board and batten from just a few photos, handled all new trim work, removed and rebuilt soffits, repaired and installed drywall, and even removed a dated popcorn ceiling and refinished it beautifully. He also built and designed our closets from the ground up, customizing them with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. He worked closely and seamlessly with other trades--including the plumber and electrician--and coordinated everything so we didn't have to. He guided them effectively, took a huge amount of pressure off of us, and his input and recommendations were absolutely invaluable. Every single task was done with precision and a deep sense of pride in his work. Beyond the big items, Rob did countless small things for us--always with a positive attitude. During one stretch when our A/C went out and the condo was over 85 degrees, Rob kept showing up, never complained, and stayed laser-focused on the work. His professionalism and attitude never wavered, no matter the conditions. He never once missed a deadline and was a fantastic communicator throughout. Rob kept us updated at every step, was always clear and responsive, and treated our project like it was his own home.
