My niece Atted this facility and had an horrible experience with the front desk staff and Dr. Lee Stein ! Even After paying to see the doctor which the rules clearly stated was necessary before even going back their for the check up . She called days ahead of time to inform him she had a surgery done at another hospital and the date, Dr Stein he said he would still see her. Once arriving she filled out the proper forms and paid. After the visit the office charged her double the cost and insisted she did not pay. There was a resident to witness this whole catastrophe. To insist she did not pay Which was impossible because you cannot see a doctor with out paying and they process the Payment right away. She called the office and insurance to ask why and dr Stein and the staff called her a theif. Dr LEE Stein yelled and cursed my African American young nice out! Saying "you People" are always trying to do this and steal. Hurt and upset my niece called her insurance company who did not help. When my nice called the office and ask for a copy of her paper work to be sent to her home because she did not trust Dr Stein and his office.
