Following the directions carefully, after five weeks, I basically have nothing to show. After I contacted them, they said they' would get back to me. They never did. When I called a week later, they said they had been speaking to their supplier who they say went over weather conditions, ect. Now I'm told that there was no guarantee that the seed would grow. Nice, I'm out $120. Time to move on to someone else.

Awesome customer service, and they have a 10% military discount on the first Monday of every month. I have been buying hardware, building materials, and lumber at Daniels hardware in Manning SC for…read moreover a year. They are the closest to my location, although I also patronize Ace in Manning and Lowes in Sumter. I have found them (Daniels) very helpful, and if you explain what you are trying to do, they will offer helpful suggestions. On lumber quality, theirs is far better than Lowes, so there is no need for you to hand pick. Just look at the pieces as they are being loaded for you, and if you find one wanting, they will get you another. I would much rather pay a small amount more for premium lumber, than try and sort through all the dreck on Lowes shelves to find something useful. If they don't have something, they will suggest where else you might try. If they had a bigger store, more complete selection, I would give them a perfect score. I always try them first, and the people are very helpful, if you just ask.

But Lowe's managed to cut copies twice that didn't work. I then went to Walmart and made a copy. That didn't work either. I only found that out after driving home each time, of course. So I was really frustrated. At Wally's, the key was cut by hand and FINALLY was done right. And the customer service was excellent.

Alot of money ($800+; five funeral arrangements)was spent at Gibsons and the quality was subpar. How do you manage to scimp on every single arrangement? For starter's, that is bad business! ALL of the arrangements were embarrassingly skimpy. Imagine walking into a funeral for your loved one and the floral arrangements your family paid for and were certain would be up to par were far from it. This definitely didn't help the situation and it was not a good feeling. Roses and other flowers that should have been used for the arrangements, were literally scattered about here and there and overtaken by greenery and fillers (not as pictured in the brochures). Again, the quality and quantity of the arrangements was very disappointing (I really wish we took pictures). One of the worst feelings, is one of feeling cheated. That is the feeling our family is left with after choosing to do business with Gibson's. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
