He thanked me for my first review and then he reviewed an "epi" treatment, in the event that I may have an adverse reaction to the allergy treatments. Another good visit. At this point I would highly recommend Doctor Randhawa and his team (especially Kim). I feel 80% better than a few weeks ago (short term) and Dr. Randhawa has initiated the first of many treatments to insure my long term sinus health. If you have an issue with respiratory health, sinus complications or allergies, he is a great doctor. More in a few weeks.

I drove in the afternoon traffic from Hollywood to pick up my grandson from summer camp. I was trying to hurry and get there by 4:30pm. We arrived at 4:47pm. I was refused. I explained , please I drove all the way from Hollywood. Nope, nothing. I spent my $4.19 gas for nothing. I am sure that the OFFICE MANAGER ALLOWS (promotes) 4 employees to sit and stare at the wall for the next 15 minutes. Hummm... Does the practice approve of such slackness?

We go in the back and there's another long wait for the Doctor. They redo my Daughter's allergy test since it's been 3 years since the first one. We're waiting in the room again. I go out to ask the Nurse if we're waiting for something and she says that my Daughter has to be pricked again for a different allergy. Somebody could have came in and told us that, instead of making us wait with no communicated. So here we are, after 12:30 p.m. This follow-up appointment should not have taken over 3 hours. Never again!

This year my sinus condition was particularly bad so I looked around for ENT doctors near me. Nothing seemed to work, so I went "out of network" to Dr. Mandel's office in Plantation, which had been recommended to me. And I'm very glad that I did! Dr. Mandel is highly skilled, compassionate person and offers individual treatment plans to suit his patient's needs. His staff is exceptional, professional and friendly (in-take, reception, PAs and managers - all). The office is well run and they are responsive your your questions and calls. Dr. Fatteh is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to go the extra mile when it comes to helping me understand my allergies and treatment. Wiz is the absolute best... She greets everyone by name the moment you walk in and brings a welcoming energy to the whole office. She's the superstar there and a big reason why I keep coming back! The only reason I'm not giving five stars is due to the wait times, which can be pretty long. I understand they're always busy, but at times it feels like they may be overbooked. All of the staff were wonderful - Dr. Cox, Lisa, and Randi took great care of me and were very thorough in trying to help me figure out my mysterious food allergy.
