Update: from 4 stars to 2.  Thought this was a gym where people put there nose down and trained.  Wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't a trainer that was yakking away with a client taking up a machine for 5 minutes in between sets. Thought I got away from that mess by not canceling my "Purple Gym" membership.   Could I have brought it to there attention at the time instead of writing a poor review?  Sure, but I knew if I opened my mouth it wasn't going to be pretty. This studio has been inconsistent with its class schedule, frequently changing times with little to no notice for members. As a member, you're required to provide a 30-day notice if you wish to end your membership. However, the studio can change its hours at any time, which may disrupt the classes you're able to attend. If the new schedule no longer works for you, you're still required to give a 30-day notice and pay for another month, even though you're unable to use the service due to their scheduling changes. This feels unfair--if members are held to a 30-day notice policy, the studio should also be held to the same standard and not penalize members for their erratic scheduling decisions. OTF is not cheap; when you're paying for a premium gym experience, you should be treated with respect and consistency.
