I patiently waited for weeks and never received a refund or notification they had been received. I had to file the state return myself this morning and am scrambling to figure out a way to send in the federal, because Tod and internal income are not responding to my emails or calls. Would not recommend as they have poor customer service, and apparently I paid them for them to not do what they were supposed to. I will be filing a complaint with the IRS since they charged me for filing the amended return and never did.

Stay far away from Mark Wong and go somewhere else. What's worst is the Chinese community has depended on this guy to be reliable and knowledgeable, and he's a total let down. If you had your taxes done by Mark, go to an actual professional and have them audit all his work and you'll find countless errors and probably a refund.

IRS wasn't helpful at all and I threw my hands up. The state just accepted the false returns and out of the blue started seizing my pay checks. The guys at Heartland Tax were so kind and helpful. They took care of the ID theft paperwork with the IRS and got the state to stop taking my checks. They acted quickly, getting this done in just a couple of days. They also prepared the tax returns I owed and got them accepted by the IRS and state. It turns out that I was owed tax refunds for most of the years. Heartland kept after the state and I just got all of the money back which was taken from my checks. Now I'm waiting on the IRS to issue my refunds for the last couple of years. These guys are real professionals. They prepared my complicated tax returns, asked a ton of questions I hadn't thought of, and saved me more money then I imagined. Their fees are reasonable, especially given how much work they did. Bob and Tim were very knowledgeable and always responsive to my calls and emails.

She makes excuses, blatantly lies. She believes she has the upper hand because she knows my grandma likes her cooking, but that does not give a Home care person the right to dangerously leave their patrons at home without notifying anyone. Complaints have been made to her manager and they are not concerned about the dangers of this particular home care employee leaving my grandma on her own when she is suppose to be in her care. It appears she is moonlighting or something because she takes off for more than an hour and leaves my grandma alone. When I see that she has a lot of time to spare, we asked if she can give her a bath and she says she doesn't have enough time?!? But clearly she does. CASL needs to do a thorough performance review of all of their Home Care reps, or this one in particular, otherwise if anything happens during the time that they are supposed to be watching their patrons, then CASL could be sued for neglect. The sad part is that the managers are accepting this behavior because they have found it difficult to recruit good talent for this occupation. It is a joke, they are a joke. I have found better banks and I know you can too.
