Dr Ghooi is a Great and a lovely doctor, however the office is limited in what they can do there…read more Not to mention if you need any kind of paperwork or referrals, is like pulling proverbial teeth...different medical field. Lol. It's not the Doctors that don't give you the issues with the paperwork either!!! It's their underworking staff member(s), one of which constantly uses his office as her personal daycare center. Geez, I wish my bosses were ever so gracious as to allow me to have my toddler be brought into work with me when I wanted and roam around watching videos all day and allow mom to take care of my child while "working". It's no wonder that not much is accomplished during work hours or really any of her hours until the Dr yells at her to do as he asks. I honestly don't know why they have kept her there this long because if not for this one employee my review would be closer to 5 stars!!! If Dr Ghooi saw this, he would instantly know who I am referring to because she is the only person there that I've ever heard him actually raise his quite calm voice to in front of patients. Apparently though, even he runs out of "patience" when it comes to her slacking off with all of his precious patients! Honestly though, who could blame him? I have completely lost all my patience with this place and am soon taking my little patients elsewhere due to constantly having to callback and request the SAME EXACT PAPERWORK TO BE SENT SOMEWHERE OVER AND OVER!!! I just get the same answers when I call too, "it's very busy here now so you should have it in about a half hour or so". Then, of course, it's never received and I wind up having to call back over and over, only to eventually end up getting a rude, bad attitude on the other line, like I'm the person whose done something wrong here or somehow this is all my fault that I've been waiting a month for a referral or for other personal information or an email. These are simple and easy daily tasks that any person can perform. This is not neurological surgery I'm requesting here. Additionally, when it comes to a person that is your own flesh and blood, your child, you want to do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to HELP THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!! Not in thirty minutes or when it's convenient for someone who clearly has issues with time management and delegating tasks by priority and then tackling said tasks in a specific order, ensuring that each one, every day is done to satisfaction of the client/patient. So, that being said, all in all, the Doctors there are very good, caring and supportive but their staff is quite lacking in just too many ways. It's time to say adios even though it's a bit sad. I brought my daughter for a sick visit. The wait to see just an NP was over an hour. The NP did…read moremost of the exam and then when Dr. Ferrand finally came into the room, he did a quick 2 min check - barely did an exam and came up asthma as a reason my daughters cough (even though he did not check her lungs/breathing). Then he prescribed a cough medicine which I later found out was an over the counter CVS brand that I had already been giving her and a nasal spray that my insurance does not cover. When I called their office back to prescribe a nasal spray that is covered, I never hear back. The visit was a total waste of time, the doctor's exam was poor and lacking, and the office's lack of organization/ communication led to no solution. I will be changing pediatricians and do not recommend this doctor or office to anyone.

In March, an appointment was made for my sister for June, and they were made aware of my sister being in a wheelchair. Three days prior to her appointment, the nurse, Regina called and asked if my sister was ambulatory. After mom stating yes, the nurse Regina said it would be OK because she would be there to assist if necessary. Day of appointment and it is raining hard, however the appointment was kept. After waiting for over 1/2 an hour, they were brought back into a room. 10 minutes later, Dr. Duprey-Murphy walks in, mispronouncing my sisters name and asking "why is she here?" Mom stated how the primary care physician requested she be seen due to her age(26.) Dr. Duprey-Murphy replied with her office was the only one that had a wheelchair accessible table, but it broke and couldn't be fixed so it's not available anymore. She also then suggested they go to the hospital instead TO PUT HER TO SLEEP to have the simple wellness check done. Her reason being was she didn't know if my sisters insurance would cover her falling off the table. Mom replied "She is very capable of doing the exam." However Dr. Duprey-Murphy would not even try to see if she can. Discriminatory beyond belief. This was the definition of judging a book by its cover. And of course, mom expected more compassion from a woman, hence why she chose this doctor. Three months to cancel this appointment, and they close to wait until a rainy day when you have to bring a wheelchair bound person 20 minutes just to hurt their feelings.
