The goal of this review is to protect others from getting into a similar situation as my current--this photographer, Aurora, owner of Wild at Hart Imagery, having photos of me (and my friend) and not releasing them or responding to any form of communication. Not to mention the paid sitting fees, the time, the energy, the outfits, and the gas it took to drive to Magalia. All things I was willing to pay in exchange for high-quality photos. Unfortunately, Aurora didn't hold her end of the bargain. SHE NEVER SENT THE PHOTOS -- I was ready to pay several hundred dollars to have her edit the entire session of photos. Please execute caution before booking this photographer. Her website looks professional, and her photos are pretty -- her communication skills are sub-par, and, it's likely, you'll never see your photos. I wish I'd been warned, so consider this my warning. My heart is broken, these photos marked a milestone and were very sentimental to us, and unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to fix it. I have nothing to capture that moment in our life because Aurora decided we weren't worthy of communication and receiving our end product. It has been 5+ weeks since our photoshoot together -- maybe Aurora will see this review and finally respond to me.
