She deserves five additional stars of her own. She went way above and way beyond helping us get what we wanted. She even helped us load it in our truck. Actually she did the majority of the work. Next time we need furniture this will be our first stop, and I hope she will be there to take of us. Take care of her. She is a valuable asset.

Also lots of nice new items. Appreciate an item being held for me while I checked with another family member. Toy selection is great. You know these items are going to last and are kids' favorites. Karen Shaffer, the owner of Mommy and Me has always been very selective in what she purchases for the store and that selectivity reassures me that when I make a purchase at Mommy and Me I know I am getting a lightly used, good quality product. There is a fun play area for the kids so mom and dad can shop without the complaints of bored kiddos. And there is a lovely selection of baptism and first communion clothes for when your little one needs to be formal. The clothes, accessories, and toys are great for every family! Some of it seems like returned items, open-box, or delivery refused things with minor issues. But sometimes they over tape things to the extent you can't discover if the product in the container is whole or undamaged. There is also a lot of generic knock-off stuff, like dubious Apple accessories. Update: I wrote the review before going the same day and getting what turned out to be literally just trash for $5. The adapter I have uploaded a photo of, is a counterfeit that also doesn't even work. Making it trash. So be cautious, some of what they sell is counterfeit, and some of it is just stuff that belongs in the landfill. Overall though, there are usually great deals to find for the discerning bargain hunters.

Mind you, this CPAP has been giving me grief. It doesn't seem to work and hubby keeps taking it off in the middle of the night. So, I end up relocating to a different bedroom since I can never sleep with someone snoring beside me!! Anyway, the lady asked hubby to bring in his CPAP machine and took him in his office. She tested his machine and happened to have the necessary parts needed for this thing to work. I also had a nice chat with this kind guy in the office while my hubby is with the specialist. Such nice and kind people working here. And it's Dec 23rd! I never thought anything like this place would ever be open this time of the year. I'm so glad for this fortunate unplanned visit to this location. I just might get my much needed snore-less sleep tonight!

Throughout this process, I was met with many weeks of silence from the owner Eric Wilson. At no point did Mr. Wilson take responsibility, offer an explanation, or provide even a basic apology for the poor service and lack of communication. I shared this experience with the two individuals who originally recommended Capital City Flooring so they were aware of the service I received. Based on my experience, I will not be recommending Capital City Flooring to anyone, and I trust that my feedback makes clear why.
