Finally, she stated I could see a different doctor at 1:30 PM. I waited from 10:00 AM. At 1:20, I asked if I needed to do any other paperwork, and her response was just one paper, and pay the Co-Pay and I'd be taken back soon. I asked again about 1:50, 'it'll be soon' and at 2:10 PM, I asked and they were 'still waiting for a room'. I left. If that is the value they place on their patients AND the first impression they want to make, their manners are sadly lacking, specifically the receptionist I had to deal with.

Each class was very challenging and fun. I attended the Barre class by mistake - I thought I was coming to a pilates mat class per the website class schedule. What a challenging class! I couldn't walk for days afterwards - this is a very strong group of women. The class size was small (maybe 5 of us total) and Kris was able to ensure we were all staying true to form. Yogalates was more popular with 10-12 women. The class was fun and motivating. The studio has every prop and accessory needed to play with! Bounce class was challenging and intimate - there was only two of us! Kris modified the class to suit our fitness level, engaged us in partner activities and even threw in some cardio on the bikes. The studio is clean and friendly. I was surprised to see some men using the equipment and getting personal training. There's a room dedicated to spin, a shower and a facial room. Overall a cute facility and great women. The website could use some updating - mainly the calendar and the old website needs to redirect to the new website to avoid confusion.
