So for the parents bringing their children to this day care wonder why their children are coming home sick when they were perfectly fine at drop-off, it's because nothing is being cleaned or sanitized and the "inspector" would rather just fill out false information than do his actual job. The staff acts one way with the parents to their face and behave and play on their phones once the parents are gone. So please consider your children's health and well being before bringing them here. Yes, cheap and easy daycare but I won't be bringing my daughter back here with because of what a employee who works there now told me and I appreciate her for being honest with me about what really goes on there.

I was on a wait list and sent my 3 yr old to their location on 154th and Fort. Thursday of the…read moresecond week I pulled her out because of some negligent related things I witnessed that followed her coming home with many unexplained bruises (longer story on the other location's review) that my daughter later old me was from bullying. Anyways, I called this location because the director of the second location wouldn't meet with me in person bc she didn't want to come in 10 minutes early and I couldn't make any other time because of my work schedule. This director, at first seemed nice and understanding and said she'd get back to me. Anyways, she never called me back and two weeks later just emailed me a very short and detached generic message that went something like 'Jenn told me (daughter) is no longer attending Hamilton Heights. I'm sorry to hear that. Would you like to remove her from out waiting list?' I was shocked. I ended up telling her that I'm appalled at how how their handled reports of abuse and/or neglect and if they won't do anything to figure out what happened and discipline their employees then I'd be forced to report them to someone higher. At that point she ghosted me and is longer responding. Basically, I'll be reporting them to CPS if they don't get back to me in a couple days with more than 'adjustment issues' being the explanation because she's been watching by other and in daycare since 11 months and has never acted like that before and is still recovering and often bring up how "teachers mean" and "friends push me".

They have the AP where they document all changes and feedings as well as can send mom and dad photos. They also have a nutritionist who puts together very healthy meals for the kids. Their swim facilities are clean and forehead temperatures are taken before you are allowed to enter their building. Parking is challenging when parents are picking up or dropping off students. I've been raised on public school educational offerings and understand why this institution has been around since the late 1800's and why parents would consider this college preparatory school over public school education in Omaha, regardless of annual tuition costs.

The daycare makes all fresh food and it is delicious. I went here as a child and I LOVED IT. I eventually ended up volunteering for them and it was amazing. Please take your kids here, the teachers care about them and always have activities planned for them.
