I just finished my M2 course with Learning Curves, and it was an amazing experience! The course curriculum is incredibly valuable. It starts with the absolute basics -- like how to start and move the motorcycle -- and gradually builds up to more advanced, life-saving techniques and proper riding etiquette. As someone who had only a bit of prior riding experience, I learned a lot and now feel far more confident thanks to the skills I developed here. Even if it's your very first time on a motorcycle, I have no doubt that by the end of this course, you'll be able to ride safely and confidently. One standout feature is the wide variety of motorcycles available. You get the chance to try different models and see which style suits you best. The instructors -- Tushar, Anthony, David, and James -- were absolutely outstanding. They were clear, patient, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. They made the course fun, approachable, and as stress-free as possible. They were also very attentive, quickly spotting any riding mistakes and offering helpful, encouraging feedback. I can't give enough credit to this team! If you're on the fence about whether to take your M2 or M with Learning Curves, I hope this review helps make your decision easier -- you won't regret it. Finally got my M2 certification after initially struggling with the recent hot weather conditions which led to heat exhaustion and electrolyte depletion and my subsequent inability to pass the course. Learning Curves administrative staff members, Catherine and Steven, then made the appropriate accomodation for me as a senior in his mid-seventies, enrolling me in a 3 hour evening program to complete my test in cooler weather. The course instructors, Fab and Lorena, were marvellous and allowed me to practise on my own while making encouraging and helpful suggestions on how to improve my proficiency in the various skills. I passed the first 5 tests flawlessly but, in my excitement at my success, after successfully completing the sixth exercise, I looked over at Fab for his affirmation and went slightly out of the lane while stopping, earning a couple of penalty points! These people really take care of you and have earned my gratitude and appreciation for their kindness, understanding and eagerness to assist me in "getting over the hump". I will most certainly be doing my M certification with Learning Curves in a year and a half. read more

Learning Curve missed the mark with Mike Smith as an instructor. I recently completed a 3 day motorcycle training course with Mike Smith and Rick Smith [no relation]. The minute I walked in the class room, Mike Smith had a problem with me. Mike Smith is an ego driven instructor that did not connect with the students unless they were stroking his ego. As a rider for 11 years, I was shocked that Mike failed me. The best advice he gave me after he failed me was to go to Learning Curve Boot Camp. At Learning Curve Boot Camp, I met Tushar Dongre and Bob, two amazing instructors that engaged, exhibited patience and encouraged the students. The students learned so much in only 3 hours. I was retested at Boot Camp and passed with flying colors, only 3 days after Mike Smith had failed me. As an HR Manager, I encourage Learning Curves, to provide diversity training to their instructors, such as Mike. Review the instructors statistics and see why so many people fail his classes. Can't say enough about Chris, Dennis, Anthony and Bob. From the first night of theory through low speed maneuvering and on to the final afternoon of testing, every instructor was supoortive, full of encouragement, provided feedback, and answewred all questions. They truly are passionate and committted to providing a top-notch experience and learning environment. The years of experience and the real-life examples that they draw from were eye-opening and informative. I took the Learning Curves M2 course this weekend, Jul 7-9. I thought I would walk through it as a returning rider but I learned a ton and was most definitely challenged! I can't thank these folks enough for ironing out some bad habits and providing me with more confidence as I cruise down the back roads in my 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 900LT. Just completed my M2 training and tests in Markham Markville Mall location this Monday and Tuesday. Thanks to Goldie and Adrian I was able to pass it first time. This is a big challenge to me due to my zero experience of motorcycling, didn't even know how to get on and start a bike, and I could drive and complete the tests in 2 days. Honestly Goldie and Adrian are so good not only in their skills and knowledge but the way of teaching as well as their whole heartedly taking care of our safety and ability of learning. Sometimes I have difficulties in hearing instructions, or understanding terms, or even get confused with the routes/cones settings ... they tried to do a lot more so that I can follow closely. I had an amazing experience with the team of Learning curves Etobicoke, I totally recommend to all the people that want to get their M2 or M done, to get through them. I was very blessed with this opportunity of getting a chance to do it in three times. The first time I went , I felt very sick after 4 hours on a Saturday due to the heat, they were very accommodating and gave me another opportunity to do at a later time and I was able to do the full Saturday. Once again due to feeling sick the next morning, ounce again they gave me another opportunity to finish in another Sunday. I am older and always wanted to learn to ride and have always put it off as going for lessons felt intimidating. I attended a course run by Dana and the other trainers in April at StCatharines and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were all friendly welcoming and encouraging, nothing was rushed and they were so supportive. Dana in particular was outstanding and I cannot thank him enough. He made sure that I not only learned how to ride to pass the test, but had skills and control that makes riding more fun and much much safer. Dana's tips for safe riding really has made me safer and would have taken me years and years (and risks) to have learned on my own. This weekend I did my M with Learning curves Markham. Adrian did a fantastic job getting us ready for the test and the knowledge he passed on to us will forever be remembered. I was really nervous going into this but his experience calmed me down and gave me the confidence I needed. Paired with his sweeper Rotella they both made the day very educational and motivating. Rotella road behind us on her day off and kept us safe and Adrian led the pack with his demonstrations and skills I would recommend anyone interested in doing their M to checkout learning curves Markham even if this isnt your area it's worth it just to get the education and skills from Adrian. I just completed the safety coarse this weekend in London. I'm so impressed with Aj and the team they all take time to help you with any of the exercises that you ate having difficulty with. I had never ridden a bike before,couldn't hardly keep it going when trying to leave the line I did finish it and I did pass it but either I gained a totally new respect for riders. This is a coarse that everyone should have to take to ride a bike or get there G license. And they should be trained through Learning Curves. My friend and I spent this past weekend doing the Midnight Madness M1 Exit course. We had a great time, the instructors(Peter, Ron, Cesar and Khaled) were amazing. They were very helpful and patient throughout the whole weekend. The in class portion was very informative too. My friend and I both passed the course. :) I thought I knew how to ride a motorcycle going into it but I learned a quite a bit and feel more comfortable riding around now.
