Thanks to Jamie, I passed first time at Garretts Green with just the one minor. Great instructor who teaches you amazingly. Making sure you know any mistakes you did and quickly going over them to brush up on them. Took me on with a limited time before my test and still managed to train me up to pass first time so can't thank him enough, would highly reccomend read more

Jamie is a strict but fair instructor who listens to your needs and delivers excellent professional advice and service. Throughout my lessons I found that he was very experienced, informative and always on time but most importantly patient and friendly, which really helped with my motivation and confidence. In addition, I would recommend Jamie to anyone wishing to have a quality instructor who knows how to make you pass no matter if you're a beginner or experienced driver. I call the 1st time on the 30th of September, explain my situation, that I have my driving test on the 31st of October. Couldn't make the payment because I was abroad. Call the 2nd time on the 3rd of October, to make the payment, the person I've spoken with, clearly does not care if she was ruining my future, once I've booked the test months ago and was struggling to find an available instructor, and we all know how hard it has been to find a test date this year, says there's nothing that could be done because of the "company policies", even when there's plenty of time until the test. I've called again and basically begged for someone to find me an instructor as this is very important to me. Still this person says no, and now is treating me like I'm an uneducated person. Really hurtful. I asked her if it had anything to do with the fact that I'm not British. She keeps repeating that it's the company's policy. Okay. I then ask my partner (who's British) to call on behalf of his daughter. Guess what? They found an instructor for "her". I'm glad the calls are recorded. If the owners care, even if just a little bit, you'll train your staff or have actions taken towards the company you're employing to deal with the correspondence, to treat everyone EQUALLY! Now, it's up to each of you to tell me, if the fact that I am not British is or not the reason I didn't get an instructor? Right. Appalling. Sad. Discrimination

Jamie is passionate about road safety and safe driving for life; being a driving instructor isn't just a job for him, he is on a one man mission to make our roads a safer place! He is always punctual, will always fill every minute you're booked with him and is very very thorough in his teaching technique. Steady and thorough wins the day. Your lessons are always 'joined up'; recapping previous lessons and gradually moving onto the next skill gives Jamies lessons a fluid and consistent feel. You always feel that your progress is personally tailored to your individual learning capabilities. I passed my Test with Jamie at the ripe old age of 43 and a driving lapse of some 17 years and would recommend him unreservedly to anyone, whatever their age! He builds up your confidence on the road and fully prepares you for your test, managing to get me through first time with only one minor which I cant thank him enough for. Great Instructor, what more can I say. Past on my first attempt. Jamie was very reassuring when my nerves got the better of me, during my lessons.
