It was important for me to do the research all the schools and even talk to parents that had children in the school before I could make a good choice. There are a number of preschool options in this area, including public, Christian, and places like KinderCare. None of these options provided optimal class sizes, and through my investigation I came to see that the methods developed by Dr. Maria Montessori were critical to the development young children. I was thrilled to find Children's House Montessori School where my children received specialized made-for-them scholastic development. While my children are both still very young, other parents with children that have gone through Children's House Montessori School explain that children leave with above average skills and the confidence to use them. Very grateful for the school, program, and exceptional teachers that love their work and their students.

Working with Nick and his staff has been an incredible experience for my son. What I noticed right…read moreaway is that Nick truly CARES about kids and takes the time to understand how they learn best. He spent a great deal of time on the phone with me before we came in for my son's evaluation and I quickly knew he would be a great fit. Nick is great at meeting kids where they are. On days when my son is struggling or just not in the right headspace, Nick adjusts the session accordingly. What impresses me most is how he explains concepts. More than once I've found myself thinking how every kid would benefit from a teacher like him. Beyond his talent as an educator, he's also an incredibly generous business owner. We first met him after winning a free month of tutoring through our school's silent auction. The value we have received this past month has gone above and beyond my expectations. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, adaptable, and genuinely invested in helping kids succeed, then Elite Tutoring Place will serve you well. Extremely Disappointed - No Results After 30 Hours…read more I spent 30 hours at Elite Tutoring Place, fully committed to improving my ACT score. I followed every piece of advice, completed all the assigned work, and put in the extra effort outside of sessions. I'm a hard worker--I don't expect results without putting in the work. But after all that time and money, my score did not improve at all. The tutors were friendly, but the strategies they taught me were no different from what I had already learned on my own. There was no personalized approach, no real effort to target my weaknesses, and honestly, it felt like I was just going through the motions in every session. For a program that promises score improvements, this was a complete waste of time and money. If you're looking for real results, I strongly suggest finding another program. Elite Tutoring Place did nothing for me except drain my wallet and leave me frustrated. The owner will respond to this message claiming I never attended Elite Tutoring Place in Wheaton as he did in my google review. Regardless, I did attend Elite Tutoring Place in Wheaton, and I find it concerning that he claims not to have any record of me. I showed up, did the work, and stuck to the program as instructed, yet my score did not improve at all. Nick- Instead of dismissing my experience, maybe take accountability and consider how blaming the student for not following the program correctly when I did everything asked of me is not a great look. Instead of denying my attendance, maybe focus on improving your program so future students actually see results.
