They looked at my old desktop and determined it had a bad motherboard. So, decided to purchase a laptop. Nick helped me decide on specifications to look for and made some recommendations on what to purchase. After I purchased one of the laptops that he recommended, had him come to my home to set it up. Since I am not technological at all, really appreciated all his help. Was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

If you are reading this because you are deciding whether to bring your computer or electronics…read morehere, based on my experience I would strongly recommend that you do not. To preface, I am above average in terms of being tech savvy. I built my own custom desktop and several other computers. My computer stopped displaying video from one DisplayPort. I narrowed it down to either the video card, motherboard, or monitor, but I needed another opinion, so I brought it into Click It Repair. When I first came in, they suggested it was likely a motherboard or video card issue. I asked how long it would take to diagnose, and they told me over the weekend. It was a Thursday, and I explained I could not go that long without my computer because I use it for my business. I brought it home, contacted the manufacturers, and got replacement parts. I brought the computer back the following Wednesday. I told them I wanted the video card and motherboard swapped, and if they could diagnose the old card, great, because then I could resell it. The next day, the video card company agreed to refund me, so I called and told them not to worry about fixing the old card and to just swap the parts. At that point, I had only been told there was a $60 diagnostic fee that would be included in the total. They had my computer for two days before calling late Thursday to say it would be $285 to swap the motherboard. I felt this was very high for the work being done, but I was already losing time from my business and needed the computer back. I reluctantly agreed because I was told it would be done either the next day or early the following week. Friday passed and I heard nothing. Monday passed and I heard nothing. I called and got no answer. Tuesday came and I still had not heard anything. I called several times, left voicemails, and drove by the store everyday. No one was there, and there was no clear sign explaining what was going on besides a sign saying they would be open tomorrow at 9. By Wednesday, I was extremely concerned. My computer cost almost $5,000 and contained business information and personal files, including my only copies of my wedding photos. I had received no meaningful updates and could not reach anyone through the business number. I eventually got David's number directly. Only then did I find out the power was out in the shop and that they had not finished the work. That is the part that bothered me most. No missed calls, no text, no voicemail, no clear sign explaining the situation, and no proactive communication. David told me over text that they would have it done late Thursday. When I explained that I had not heard from anyone and was so concerned I was considering calling the police, he told me they had tried reaching out once. From my side, I had no record of that call and no voicemails, which made me even more uncomfortable because if that was untrue, what could I trust? I asked if I could pick the computer up as soon as possible, but he said he would have to bring it to my house Friday because the store was still not open. Friday came and David called me to say they were bringing it by. That phone call is what ultimately led me to write this review. Instead of beginning with an apology or acknowledging the lack of communication, he immediately started explaining how much money he was losing and describing every detail of his power issue. I tried to explain that I was on a time crunch, this computer is essential for my business, and I had received no updates. I was not yelling or being rude. His response felt dismissive and sarcastic. He said something along the lines of, "Congratulations on getting married, life is great, thankfully I fixed it, you're going to love the computer, good luck," and then hung up on me. I was shocked. I called back and told him I did not think I should be paying full price after everything that happened. At that point, he became very defensive and started yelling that he was the one losing money and that he was already giving me a discount by not charging me a $70 delivery fee. The delivery was not something I requested; I had asked to pick up the computer, and delivery only became necessary because the store was not open. When I finally got the computer back and tested the original issue, the display port still did not work. When they delivered it, they told me the old card had displayed properly when they first tested it at the start. That suggested the problem was not the computer itself, and this was something they could have told me to avoid this work in the first place. In the end, I felt ignored, overcharged, dismissed, and disrespected. The lack of communication was unacceptable, especially while they had an expensive computer that I rely on for my business. The phone interaction with the owner was the final straw. I hope others see this and the 300$ was worth it.

Despite decent reviews and strong recommendations from Reddit users, I am still trying to justify the lackluster delivery of such 5-star service. My boyfriend came across Ty via recommendations from a fellow Reddit user (whom I now reserve my suspicions may be Ty himself). Through their correspondence, Ty offered to fix my iPhone hardware if we sent him the part. Everything was smooth, Ty was communicative and explained that after receipt of payment, he would mail out the repaired part in the next few days. After payment was made, Ty has not been responding to phone calls or text messages (of note, Ty answered immediately when I tried calling from a friend's phone). It's been two months since my repair was supposed to be mailed out, and I still have yet to receive the hardware for my iPhone. Not sure of the missing link here, but many questions remain unanswered: - Were previous Google and Yelp reviews falsified to lure in and scam potential customers. - Ty fail to meet the expectations and chose to hide from responsibilities. - USPS mail lost? (Does not explain all the unanswered calls/text). I will be filing a chargeback on my credit card in attempt to recover my loss. But consider my misfortunate a lesson for you reading, proceed with caution.
