I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to review this company after experiencing numerous,…read moreinexcusable problems that I hope to help other people avoid. I have used them on several occasions to print large-format drawings (AKA blueprints). First of all, their website link doesn't work if you have a large set of drawings to upload. As this is an important element for the type of work they supposedly do, it already offers insight as to how unprepared they are to conduct business. After placing a call to resolve the problem, Bryan (an employee) agreed to print them upon opening on a Monday morning if I uploaded them over the weekend. I did so and also sent a request that they confirm receipt. Later on Monday morning, I heard from Bryan that he didn't have the drawings and that I should resend them, which I immediately did. I contacted their office in the afternoon and was told that Bryan had left for the day and apparently had said nothing to anyone about the plans.....or his promise to print them and have them ready for UPS shipment on Monday afternoon. I pointed this out to another employee I talked with and she assured me that she had the drawings and would "get to work on them". After hearing nothing else that afternoon, I realized that there was no way that the drawings could have gone out. I called on Tuesday and talked with Bryan (who was back at work). He informed me that the drawings had not even been printed yet because the employee I had talked with was incapable of running the printer! He then agreed to send someone up to Port Charlotte the next day with my drawings..."BEFORE NOON" (a day late, but not too bad considering I'd already been badly mislead by two people during the process). Next day, noon came and went with no drawings and no phone call. I sent a message to Bryan, who eventually replied saying they had decided not so send someone with the drawings, but instead, had sent them by UPS......which resulted in another wasted day for me. These are probably not bad people. They are, however, incredibly incompetent, careless, disinterested, and seemingly incapable of conducting business in an ethical manner. They seem eager to say whatever is expedient at the time and make up for broken promises with additional broken promises. If you find these shortcomings unacceptable, you'd do well to take your business elsewhere. That's what I've done and it's worked out very well.
