If you run a BUSINESS, please do not use this company. I was told countless of times that my shirts would have been available at certain dates, and they were never completed by the date that was agreed upon both parties. This last instance is the last straw. I was told that I would receive my products on a Tuesday (having in mind that I will be in need of them for that weekend), I gave the company the shirts that I purchased for them to use, TWO weeks prior. The following Thursday, I walk in and I am told my shirts are still in the same spot... no sense of urgency at all. I was told myself that if a bigger order (more $$$$) was to come in, she would have to assist them first. Because of the rule she has, my order keeps getting pushed back further and further. There has been times I have received my order and the printing wasn't accurate, or she used a different material to print my order on . As if, I don't have my own customers and business. If she doesn't care about her customers, she wont care about yours! Please do not go to her.

This place is truly unprofessional. They like to pride themselves by saying "if your logo can go on…read moreit, we can wrap it/create it" but from the work they did on my truck, that's all a bunch of bull. Also, I chose this place for my car wrap because it was 5-stars. Turns out, if you leave as an unhappy customer they block you on every review platform possible. They also use a tool where if you had a pleasant experience it redirects you to leave a review and if you didn't, your feedback gets sent to an email where it goes to die. As a small business owner, I know first hand how people are quick to leave a bad review but blocking people from leaving honest feedback is wrong. In theory, you choose a location based off of the good reviews, but really, in this case it was based off of false pretenses. I'm baffled they feel the need to trick customers, to get them in the door.
