I am not usually one to write reviews but I felt it necessary after working with this company for…read morethe past 6 years. We initially discovered Stickboy at a food show back in 2010. We had an old website from the mid-2000's that was in major need of a facelift and we decided to it was time for an overhaul. Reema was our point of contact and helped us thru the design process with the initial site. We gave her an idea of what we wanted, which she received well and improved upon greatly. Emails and phone calls were promptly handled and she made the design process very easy thru all of the minor changes and adjustments. She setup and managed our company email and all of the hosting necessary for the website. The pricing was very fair and we were charged the amount that we were quoted. We had a new and beautiful website for a fair price. After a few years of having the new website and great support from Stickboy, they recommended us to consider building a new site that was written in HTML5 and that was "responsive" , meaning that the same website was seen regardless of which device was viewing it (Mac, PC, iPhone or Android). Some may have viewed this as a sales pitch but after some serious research, their recommendation was spot on. Reema was still active in the company but we were given a new designer, Harrison, to build and manage our website. Harrison did a phenomenal job with the new site. He created it so that we were able to make a lot of our changes on our own without having to call (and pay) Stickboy. With the new code, our bounce rate dropped dramatically and our website hits increased by 40%. Everything they said the new website would do happened even better than anticipated. From day one, Stickboy has been professional, attentive and a pleasure to work with. They can convey technical things to non-tech people very well and their service has been nothing but stellar. Web design companies are a dime a dozen these days but I doubt many can live up to the high standard that Stickboy has delivered to our business for the past 6 years. You can check out their work by view our website at www.TropicalAcres.com. I am sure that you would be pleased in hiring them for your web design needs.

After hearing from two of his clients about his sub par work and who subsequently found another designer. Against my better judgement as he represented himself as a member of a local church I hired him and I absolutely regret it. I first explain what I want him and showed him Two websites that are very similar and exactly what I wanted. They had school There are square icons with words on them and the layout was very specific and he stated he can put this together and it wouldn't be a problem. He told me to the printe two websites that are very similar and exactly what I wanted. They had school There a square icons with words on them and the layout was very specific and he stated he can put this together and it wouldn't be a problem. He told me that the First copy would be given to me in about 3 to 4 weeks due to his vacation. I was very apprehensive with hiring him because I couldn't see a lot of his work and I noticed that it didn't have an art or custom type feel to their pages but he assured me you can do it. When it was ready what he showed me was indicative that he needs to find another business to be a.m. The icons where round The colors were not even close to what I asked for, and while I was in vocal about it I just kept thinking in my mind that my 13-year-old cousin can probably do this with ease. I asked for the correction from round to Square and he kept putting upon me to deliver some information but I did not feel confident that he was able to deliver. There was a time gap where I was not able to ascertain that information but the reality was I was so appalled by this work I just could not see how he's been in business long. What he does is take a template, there's a variety of about five or six and tries to reform them to what you were requesting but when it comes to design he has absolutely no idea beyond very basic alterations on what to do. He did ask me for the wording but I asked them to just use that type that space filler and finish the site and I noticed that he couldn't then within that month I asked him a pouch the design of the site and a month had pass which is both our faults because he started The site I knew I wasn't happy so he avoided me and I started the site with him but I was not happy and was confused about what to do about this because I knew he had no capability to do what I was asking. Well after that month and we had seen each other four times in a business meeting I told him to try again with this other design and he had the audacity to States that he needed more money after he couldn't even produce anything resembling quality work. I'm sure some have had a great experience with him that expect mediocre work because I already know of three of his clients minimum they have already left him for real designers. Additionally my understanding from them though I have no experience with this is that he has a child like behavior that's very prideful when correcting his work which is why they had to abandon Him also. How did given the money back for the 10 minutes that he spent slapping that together there would be no issue and we could walk away fine. But since he thought he deserve that money and that it belongs to you which is essentially stealing your nail culpable for this review and I'm going to make sure that anyone who hires you has full disclosure on my incident and any other so they can make an educated decision about whether to hire you. This is a 100% accurate representation of the facts.
