This cafe is your typical greasy spoon - not that there's anything wrong with that! Food is as standard - breakfasts, sandwiches, baguettes, chips, pies, crisps and chocolate. There is a table service if you want to eat in, or you can take away - it's not always very speedy though if you just walk in and expect takeaway, so i find it's best to phone ahead first. Food quality is good, obviously not anywhere near the higher end of the quality market, but it's reasonably cheap and cheerful. Opening times aren't too good though, closed by half two most days, so not good if you fancy a late lunch. service can also be appalling sometimes with proper attitudes from the staff, but I guess you pay for what you get! read more
