ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARSSTAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Would never recommend this so called removal company to anyone. Took £400 deposit for 1600 cubic feet wagon to move my family into army accommodation 300 miles away and turned up in a small luton van not even a third of the size needed. Was quoted £1600 in total for the move then told would have to pay more if they had to send another van/wagon. This woman is nothing more than a thief who when contacted for a refund threatened my wife with police action for harassment. Police have been contacted for this company stealing our hard earned cash and making threats to scare you off, but have been informed this is a civil matter. Trading standards have also been informed of this company and solicitors will be contacting them in the near future. All this joke of a company is capable of is threats, theft, abuse, heart ache, and anquish. They should not be allowed to continue trading. Cowboy Traders springs to mind. read more

Do not use. Unprofessional and inexperienced staff. They told us they had full liability insurance so we hired them to do a full house removal. Took much longer than it should have. Damaged flooring when removing items from the house and when I complained she told me that we were just trying to pull a fast one and that the lads said they didn't do it, so therefore they didn't do it. So much for liability insurance. She wasn't even prepared to discuss it in a professional manner and just continued to babble down the phone. Very unprofessional made our house move much more stressful than it should have been. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. * We packed up the whole house and awaited the arrival. Said good bye to neighbours etc. 55 minutes before her boys were due to move us she rang and said they were stuck somewhere and wouldn't make it till two days later. I had too be that day so not helpful advice. He said sleep on mattresses for two nights. With two kids . I think not. She totally ruined my moving day. Luckily I had the number of a proper company and they moved me for a higher price. Could not believe this. I know lots of people in Sunderland and everyone I spoke to said she's known for doing this. read more

The staff were professional and polite. The contact and advice before the removal was professional and although they were running late on the day itself, they continuously kept me informed about the delay (due to traffic). On arrival, they were very efficient & swift in removing all my goods. All guys were friendly, professional and I was happy with the service they delivered overall. If I could give her no stars I would! Don't use not worth the hassle and the stress over two hours late, once half the stuff was on the van called to say that there was too much stuff there and the price would be more than quoted or they could unloadunprofessional broke the bottom out of a unit and now the fridge won't work so god knows what they did with that!
