Leo is absolutely amazing…read more I was a first time homebuyer, it was intimidating to think about how things would go given the Bay Area crazy sellers market, until I met Leo. He's extremely patient and he let me take my time and pace during house hunting. I was having some challenges around using gift funds and it took months for me to receive all the funds I needed, but in the meantime, Leo was still very cordial and offered to take me onto trips to see houses. That made me feel very welcomed and not pushed. He's very trustworthy and I feel like he genuinely got my interest in his heart. We only ever bid on one house, and there was another one we were considering of bidding since we really liked the house, but then Leo found out that the house is right next to a fire hazard zone, which made us eventually decide to not bid on it. I appreciate he didn't try to talk me into buying the latter one even though we were obviously quite infatuated with the house itself. And in both cases, while we were considering offering, Leo has proposed very reasonable offering price, instead of starting with a high offering price to increase the chance of getting offer accepted. He's very professional and a great negotiator. While we were offering for our current house, the seller wasn't quite satisfied with out initial offer, so we went through a few more attempts in negotiating with them, Leo has facilitated those negotiation, and while we were increasing the price of our offer, we also got more contingency back, and that definitely gave me more peace of mind. Last not but least, he's simply a well-rounded and enjoyable person to work with in the first place. He brought us a bucket of candies during the Halloween season, a small gift box after we closed the house, and even after months of us closing the house, I reached out to him about some ants problem he was still very attentive and answered my questions thoroughly. She is both an excellent Real Estate Professional, and easy person to work with. We found a house in Brentwood, CA, made an offer which was accepted after some back/forth negotiation.
