Maybe they respond to this review saying that I am confused that they do not know me or in their records they do not have anyone of us, my experience was sad, this location has beautiful facilities but they have staff that is not prepared to work with children, also here they have a rule ; which is when a child has an incident here in this location, everyone says: nobody saw and nobody knows anything. My son in a month came home with up to 2 injuries a week which there was no report of what happened or how it happened and the same injuries occurred week after week and here they only limit themselves to saying: nobody saw anything nobody knows anything! I made so many complaints that when we decided to remove our son from this school, there was never a concern or intention on the part of the school or administration to help us, they are uncomfortable here when parents ask what happened. I do not recommend this place as a parent to anyone, if you want your child to learn and be well without injury, look other school!

I will say, I have had to bring certain things to admin's attention like needing more frequent diaper changes to prevent diaper rash and although I wasn't pleased I had to say this I was extremely happy to see that my complaint and solutions were accepted with smiles and the situation was resolved quickly and I haven't had issues since. I can say Admin and teachers truly want your baby to be happy here and are willing to not only listen to your concerns and feedback but take action to correct things on their end. And yes, I'm a helicopter mom and it's very obvious and they don't judge (at least not to my face lol)

Hindsight is 20/20 and I wish I could take back all the time, patience and effort I put in to try and make it a good experience for her. This place not only has high turnover, high student to teacher ratio, it seems like it also sells you this false belief of superior education from the Montessori brand. So maybe you think that justifies a large monthly fee (nevermind their holidays and staff days), and well it's the best of the best it must be worth it. Wrong. Surely the staff must go through more than your typical cpr/first aid 24 hour training? No. Nothing special here. It's all branding. I tried being patient and understanding, but ultimately my reasons for pulling my child was her safety and well being. They don't have their furniture anchored on walls and so they have bookshelves in the middle of class. Well, you probably assumed some kid got hurt. Yep. Another kiddo pushed the bookcase on to my child, falling over on her fingers. Even after that they didn't want to prevent that from happening again because they technically didn't have to, is what they said, but it wasn't enough seeing a kid actually get hurt to make them think otherwise. I had to really complain to make them do something. Another incident was a child attacking my child outside and not responding to teachers telling them to stop. Did my kid's teacher see this incident? No. Another teacher did. They had the parents pick that kid up. Another time, I go to pick up my kid and once I buckle her in the car I notice she had a busted lip, and they didn't have me sign the usual incident report. Teacher didn't see it or even notice it. (You'll see this as a pattern.). The culmination was the same kid attacking my kid again, this time on her face, and did her teacher see it? No. Another teacher did. Let me mention that this incident would not have happened had they followed their own policy, (which is not having more than one classroom outside at a time) and had competent staff (there were 4 kids to 2 teachers in her class that day and it took a teacher from a different class to see it and stop it.) They had the parents come and cut the other kids nails but didn't separate them from my kid. All this goes without mentioning my kid constantly being sick and them doing a poor job cleaning and changing her diaper. I had spoken to the director and staff about my daughter's health condition, which requires frequent diaper changes or she is at risk of an infection that can affect her kidneys. One time I pick her up and she has a diaper full of poop. I complain. Within the same week, after picking her up, I get home to change her and notice particles of poop because they didn't clean her well. I send an email to all involved about it, but then my daughter had to be hospitalized because, you guessed it, she got an infection. Maybe you can take this knowledge and go to a daycare that's more affordable and will probably give you the same experience. At least your wallet will thank you. All I can say is now my daughter is thriving at home because she isn't getting hurt or sick. She is developing better because I actually interact with her, unlike a time when I saw on camera her teacher completely ignore her when an activity was set up, and no effort was made to bring my daughter over to learn. Do yourself, your sanity, and your wallet a favor and don't go here. Don't buy into all the influencer romanticizing Montessori aesthetics. All they do is say their script,"oh we apologize...we understand...", but there is no change. There is no striving to be better, to stay on the ball. Their words are empty of proactive action, or any action at all. The previous posts and pictures are dated, and those people aren't there anymore. So anything that was said before being nice is no longer applicable.

Don't come here. We have the same exact experience as the…read moreother 2 reviews here. We were lied to and gaslit. Two teachers/staff here (Mikayla Cuellar and Mrs.Melody) admitted in a room during our teacher parent conference that they were not honest. One lied about our son "pushing" a little girl at the playground...he was running after another boy. One lied about our son "peeing on the bathroom floor" he was sitting down and accidentally got it on the floor. It's a good thing our son is very smart and can communicate to us clearly and doesn't understand the concept of lying like the staff here. Mr. Paul Waddington lost his temper with us over the phone when a staff member wrongfully and admitted to lying about our son pushing the little girl. Our son said he picked him up, was aggressively shaking him and yelled at him in a baby room. Toddlers are not supposed to be taken to a baby room with infants in order to avoid spreading illness. (That was shared from their corporate office.) We found out all of these details from a little boy....not the staff. Mr. Paul Waddington (Business Manager) will take care of toddlers while running that front office in the morning which is unprofessionally handled. All the owner did was scoff at the situation and didn't take any concern or care during all of these complaints. I saw another incident where my son was limping/crying outside and all the staff did was sit back against the wall and do nothing. Here is the rest of what we saw during the small time frame here in a nutshell: - If an incident happens they won't share the video. - Will lie on an incident report and pick and choose when to fill one out. - Lunch menu and food is terrible. (Go see what they are serving the kids) - They leave kids outside as early as 3pm-until the parents pick up their children. - Staff is young and immature. - Staff is not honest at all. - Staff looses temper too easily. - Same issues about feelings of discriminatory towards certain children. - EVERY SINGLE DAY we hear so many kids crying and wailing more than what we ever hear at the daycare we go to now. - Understaffed here. - Underpaid staff. - Overall awkward atmosphere here. In conclusion there are much better options out there. I will never go to a franchise daycare again. They are about protecting the business and not the children and they don't have as many finances available with the franchise fees and obligations needed to protect the business. See reviews on Yelp as well please. Also take note on when reviews were posted, timelines, and fake 5 star reviews. Does it sound like a review or add? Like I said don't even bother touring the place... Note to business owner and staff: Anytime I see a fake review pop up here I will repost this.

Very disorganized staff, lost paper work twice, spoke other languages right in front of me and pretended I was non existent felt discriminatory to anyone who wasn't Spanish. The pre k teacher twice I walked and I seen a kid dancing naked in the restroom with door open while she while she watched tv, second time she was busy braiding a girls hair while my son was as being hit by another student. She had some complaint about my son everyday I came to pick him up. Our day care now and the one in Florida never had this problem. She even had the nerve to tell me the boys were playing rough and she allowed them to dog pile on top of my son. One boy is very heavy set. He came home one day with marks and scapes on his arm that I had seen in the car and ran right back in asking staff for answers but was gaslit. The worst behavior came from the staff when the owner/ male manager was on vacation. The next day I received a call from school my son bit someone (probably in retaliation because my son was never a biter) when i asked to see the video I was denied. The lady at front who is only the coordinator called informed me of incident and also told me my son was not allowed back to school. The manager on duty (the one who spoke different language although spoke fluid English, lost my paper work, and told me to go to different school) ran and hid in the behind the glass door. I called corporate and said my peace. Such shame I have friends and colleagues who work at this company and I have designed a few of the centers. Very disappointed. Lucky I didn't report to ahj.

The place itself was very cute and it seemed very fun for children. They had a pretty cool facility with a nice playground area and the classrooms looked fun and clean. The programs they had seemed really good and it was surprising to me that they even had daycare for infants. The pricing also seemed fair which they had several options. The only thing that was displeasing was some of the staffs appearances was off. I understand not everyone can dress the part but there was staff that looked like they just rolled out of bed, one guy in a classroom who was the obvious teacher/staff was sitting there rolling and twiddling his hair with the children just looking for his attention. I also noticed a lady who instructed the dance portion of the day had grabbed a little girl by her arm and displayed somewhat of aggression and frustration. Look I get it it's hard watching kids and many at that but it just didn't sit right with me. I don't doubt this place is great I was just turned off and couldn't see myself being secure in dropping my 1 year old here.

She took extra care of my son and he has shown so much growth in all areas. He was able to achieve even more than we expected. We are forever thankful for LSP and the wonderful staff.

Multiple parents and myself witnessed teachers being aggressive with the smaller children and we did bring up concerns to "leadership". They are focused on opening up a charter elementary school more than correcting the issues in the daycare/preschool. We offered a lot of grace to this school as we wanted it to work out and liked the idea of Christian foundation for our child. They also do not have cameras in the classrooms to validate/review any issues- so you really need to trust your gut and advocate for your child. Every day we go home with a report card that has your child's behavior, eating habits, how long they slept during nap, etc. Throughout the summer they have splash day every Wednesday where the children play outside in the water. Every week they have a different theme they focus on and fun activities to celebrate. During the holidays they put on a fantastic Christmas program that every classroom participates in. We absolutely love Trinity!!!
