If you ask them about the poor work they are doing thier attitude hits the deck. I worked in a restuaraunt they remodeled. They left molded wood in a wall when they were told that two of my coworkers had allergies. They would light up a smoke in our no smoking restuaraunt while customers were coming in and out. They brought a tile saw and jig saw inside to saw and create dust just so we could be threatened with an anomous call to the health department. They refused to hang plastic to help us keep our food safe. The son of the contractor is the rudest man to walk this earth. Find someone else for sure

We asked Absolute Quality Flooring to provide a quote for us to replace the flooring in our…read morebasement and a few rooms upstairs. They were prompt and showed up at the specified time, which we appreciated. However, their salesman, Colin, was difficult to work with from the beginning. He had terrible communication and made it clear that this sale didn't matter to him. It was like pulling teeth just to set up an initial meeting with him. When he did stop by with samples of flooring as planned, none of them remotely matched what we'd asked for. He suggested sourcing a few more samples and said he'd follow up with us the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, but there was no communication from him. We tried reaching out to him the following day just to touch base, but he didn't answer phone or text. By that Thursday we finally contacted his colleague, John, to try to figure out where we were at in the process and why the agreed upon follow-up had not been kept. John said that he would contact their other sales rep and get back to us by that afternoon. But, unsurprisingly, that never happened. It's been almost exactly a month now, and there's still been no communication from them. So thankful we never ended up using them for our flooring project! I can't imagine what a mess that would have been. They're unprofessional and unreliable. Would definitely NOT recommend using them for any projects you might have in mind.

I am so happy & grateful for their hard work & design skills. I had them replace all mulch with stone (front & back), pull out 7 bushes in the back and replace old plants in front with a beautiful new layout of plants that were chosen specifically for my soil type. They used a tape measure when planting ensuring proper distance between plants. So precise! After a long day of hard work, they took time to clean off patio & driveway and picked up all loose rock. They just went above & beyond to say the least. Also reasonably priced. So happy!!

We have enjoyed the patio this year and the plants and tree are doing well. I am looking forward to using them again on my next backyard project.
