We have called and called and they do NOT return our calls. Why they put the tree trunk parts on MY side of the alley I DO NOT KNOW! The pieces are huge and the city will not haul them off.... understandably so. Elite uses shameful tactics and I do NOT recommend anyone using them. They are swindlers. There were many dead branches hanging over the house that also impacted the neighbor's. A dead tree was removed too. I called, they came that very hour and gave an estimate.
