I sent videos of what to do ahead of time. He ripped up £50 worth of plants including TWO roses. How can a gardener not know the difference between a weed and a rose? I messaged afterwards with videos of what had been done and they said 'Nothing I can do now.' I suggested the obvious solution of a replacements and planting of the missing plants and flowers or a refund and they refused. Terrible service terrible job.
