Was really disappointed with how this referral played out. Unfortunately I was called a liar by a lending specialist once we were in a loan approval (over the phone). I asked multiple times for documents to be corrected, and ultimately audited the loan estimate closely to find items being included twice, and a huge lack of communication. When they say "zero out of pocket close" this means absolutely nothing. Please confirm several times and screenshot all correspondence. Agent was set to receive 1.79 points from this transaction, on a house built in 1971, with inaccurate paperwork and unnecessary charges. I've gotten my attorneys involved to review all signed disclosures to ensure liability. Please beware. We have chosen to go elsewhere. read more

These folks are Relentless in their marketing, and the fact that they have set up shop in my back yard (preying on the Military members) has gotten me more and more concerned. As an intelligent person who has previously worked for the owner of a Real Estate Company (who also doubled as a Mortgage Broker), I can say, those people are only looking to make money off of you. Terrible advice given from these folks. In the process of a cash out refi I was told point blank to NOT make a mortgage payment, that I would get a late fee, but NO NEGATIVE REPORTING ON MY CREDIT REPORT. Guess what...the loan funded on the 31st of July, and my 30 day late was reported on the 30th. Now this is causing a bit of a headache as I secure financing for a second home. Absolutely lousy advice given here as they clearly are just trying to make a sale. Shame on me...I should have known better. Update 10/12/15...I have just provided Paul Pistey with confirmation that all three of the credit agencies show this mortgage that they refinanced are now labeled with a 30 day late. Their response to "fix it myself" is not only disturbing, but shows an extreme lack of ethics and morals. Classic portrayal of "we will help you...until we get our commission". Take my advice folks...stay far away from this lender. Update 10/21/2015...after filing a BBB complaint Paul has done absolutely nothing except tell me that he has fixed these "errors" by the credit agencies a number of times, but needs me to resolve it myself. Sorry...the credit agencies don't randomly report negative things on credit reports, they do it because they have been notified by a lender. Still...no apology, no acceptance that they have done anything wrong, and nothing but crickets from them now. I have filed formal complaints with numerous agencies, including the VA as they hold themselves out as a VA specialist. We'll see what happens...but I'm guessing nothing. Great way to earn that commission Paul... Again...think twice before letting these people screw you over. You've been warned. read more

I'm NOT exaggerating with the 5-stars. I've now worked with Chuck and his staff THREE times...initial purchase and two refi's. First off, my first-time buy. Chuck had to deal with a stress-case. He dealt with the entire process, and more importantly, a stressed-out ME, very professionally. I would always get off the call knowing i'm going to be taken care of and knew that they were working very hard behind the scenes to make the process as smooth as possible for me. Man, I know I had to call him, it felt like 100 times during the process and I can't think of any time that he DIDN'T answer. And if he was busy, he'd answer anyway, just to let me know that he will call me right back. Chuck and staff (Gris and Maricruz were the two staff members besides Chuck that I worked with) were all super friendly and super quick. All of them are on the ball seriously. Good team. So, of course I went back to Chuck with my ReFi a couple years ago after that first experience. Again....quick. I called, paperwork was to me next day. Painless process. Chuck answered ALL of my many questions. His staff, again, were on it with any items they needed, when they needed it by, etc. I never felt any "lag" in the process. Now, my second Refi (literally just signed all of the final loan docs with the loan/notary lady today). Call Chuck to let him know i'm going to refi again, again....FedEx package of paperwork at my place the NEXT day! I had more questions with regards to rates and mortgage monthly payments depending on what amount I decide to pull/cash-out from the loan. Always a friendly reply and while i'm one to ask a LOT of questions, Chuck always answered with a tone like he "wants to help." Never sounding annoyed or anything of the sort. Basically THREE times with them and ALL THREE TIMES, the same amazing service. I have NOTHING bad to say about this group and would recommend them over and over to anyone. read more

Natalie and Paul were great. I had a great experience with leading mortgage solutions before. Unfortunately in between I had forgot their name and number and had an awful 6 mo drawn out refi with josh at NASB Everyone should stay away from there it was a simple refi that I was gun shy about. Believe it or not leading called me 4 days after close. I said no but call me every now and again. I dont ever promote sales calls either. But I had remembered how easy our experiences with are. FIRST thing I asked how long Paul said he usually closes around 15 days!! Great. That seemed about right minus some work we needed to have done on our house The best thing is the documentation. When Natalie sent me this list and it was just the bare essentials of income and identity. How great was that. I didn't have to provide shot records and DNA. Kidding but usually I have a small book of docs I send. I just had a small book report of papers. Natalie kept in touch almost daily, mainly because everything was moving so quickly . She was very accommodating to what you wanted in your loan, even if she already did up the numbers, and she always seemed happy to do so. Usually, I'm a little stressed during a refi. I'm kinda that way anyway, but with Natalie always being in communication with me and always getting right back to me when I had a question. I never gave the refi one fret. They were both very positive and extremely professional. One couldn't get a better team if you tried. Junk mail galore. We will never refinance stop bothering us!!! This company is not only annoying but I wouldn't be surprised if they were a fraudulent company. They bug people to death offering refinancing at higher rates than a person has. When you tell them no they send more junk mail! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague!!!! It's funny cause we have 800+ credit scores and we have a 30 yr fix loan at 3.375% and you guys still give us 2-3 letters a week saying you can do better. But you can't! Lol read more
