RUN, don't walk. Don't even walk through those doors. You'll never forgive yourself for making such…read morea bad decision for your dental needs. Quality=0 at this place. They don't care about you, just how much money they can get out of your pocket. The dentists are incompetent. Went In for a cleaning, and was told every one of my teeth on the bottom had rotted roots, and no sense in cleaning them. They all needed to be extracted. Office lady came in, showed me the paperwork and charges to have that done. $3,000. I said no. Made an appointment with a private dental office. Nothing wrong with any of my bottom teeth. Mind you, this came after I went through the process of having a top denture made and 4 implants, so the top denture would be secure and unremoveable. Every implant they put in my jawbone had to be removed. This happened over and over again. I got fed up. Every time they worked in my mouth, I left their building in so much pain, it was unreal. They had you leave with blood dripping out of your mouth, telling you to change the gauze every 30 minutes, and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain. No compassion from these people. If you had a question or complaint, the answer was always the same. "you're still healing, and swollen. We'll have you come back in a month and take another look." Right now, I'm sitting here typing out this review with 5 unusable implants in my jawbone that need to come out. I now need an oral surgeon for that, plus I had a bill from DDS for $6,000. I demanded a refund yesterday, so I can use it to pay an oral surgeon to fix this mess the incompetent dentist made. They refunded me $5,000. That dentist has been fired, by the way. Run......‍

I felt confident about them so I scheduled a date. I had dentures with 4 implants on the top and 4 implants on bottom. I paid them the full payment which is required before they do any work. Looking back now I should have questioned the total payment up front. My first visit was pulling all my teeth, extremely painful. The dentist and assistant seemed more interested in visiting about personal things than taking care of my needs. Every visit I made after this seemed to become more and more unprofessional. I had 3 bone spurs which had to be shaved down. The dentist didn't even put a covering over me so when they had me raise up in the chair blood ran all down the front of my shirt. She said oh you have blood on your shirt so you can go to the bathroom and clean it off. Didn't apologize for the mess she could have avoided. They never explained anything to me so I had to ask questions if I wanted to know what to do next. I had to call back to the office and the receptionist would give her ideas on what to do. One of the receptionist that sits by the window in the hallway was so rude. My visits went on for over 8 months. My last visit I was told would take about 2 hours, which was aligning my teeth. The dentist didn't even come around to see this. So the assistant was rushing to get this done and so my bottom and top teeth were not aligned properly. She did this alignment in 20 minutes. This has to be the most unprofessional place for dentistry I've ever dealt with. I went back the next day to see if they could look at the alignment. The receptionist said no you don't have an appointment and you walked out. She said you can come back in the morning at 8:30. She was very rude and down right hateful with me. I said I would come back but after I got home I decided I couldn't deal with this place anymore. So I called and canceled the appointment. I called another dentist office, they got me in that afternoon. They were so kind, professional and took great care of me. They barely charged me anything and told me if I had any more problems with my alignment to call and they would do it at no charge. Thank you Lord for guiding me to a wonderful place that truly cares about their customers. I feel DDS is all about getting the money and then they don't care about you after that. I've never had to write a review like this in my lifetime but I'm trying to save others from being treated so unprofessionally as I was.

We came to the live Oak oral surgery pre-appointment where they checked everything and gave videos about what the procedure would do. We signed many medical waivers. They just of the waivers where you can be permanently paralyzed, your mouth can get stuck, and you could have pieces of your teeth still in your mouth in different sections that they could not get if they break off. Explaining duration of pain and dry sockets. We also had to pay our down payment to make sure you have money in your pocket if you don't have insurance, especially. The surgery came pretty quickly and you pick up the patient you brought around the building at a door, but it's not actually marked which caused us some confusion and made us worry a little bit. They did give good instructions to stay healthy. The business let us know that if we have any issues we could call and they did check on my son the next day to make sure that he was fine and he didn't need anything after surgery. We picked up his medication and his mouthwash from the Walgreens right down the street But if you have another place, you would like things to get picked up let them know as soon as possible. The instructions was clear and concise, and my son was feeling like himself in a few days, we just requested him to move slow, follow the instructions, rest and relax. He is healed up did not have any dry sockets or side effects. Super glad we got this knocked out and now we are just living our regular lives without any issues with a few less teeth.

My extraction gave me flashbacks to my 5 year old experience at the old Dentistry 4 Kidz that made me begin my dental trauma issues. Dr Torres was nice but I was shocked that $23,000 was the treatment plan estimate for all the work they want done in a year. I don't even make that much a year, it's ridiculous. I also didn't feel confident that the assistants weren't positive of what they were doing. Just really still in pain and I can't get approved for any finance options so I feel like I'm just gonna have to suffer on these other 23,000 worth of work. That's a used car amount of money not something a national dentist office needs to maintain anything. They get plenty of business and the non insurance people get lured in with a cheap exam and then boom, your whole year in pay for the treatments. I wish we had another emergency dentistry that doesn't feel like direct extortion or that one place that have people booked out WEEKS with no pain meds for emergency procedures that have to wait weeks. Overall dental care in this town is way way down and mental health is all time lows, we need a better system that isn't exploiting the poor people who deserve care too

I've had routine cleanings every 6 months for the past 7 years. Not once--ever--has my regular dentist told me I had periodontal disease. Suddenly, during Aspen's "free" exam, I'm told I have bone loss and beginning periodontal disease, and that dentures aren't the real solution. Instead, they pivoted immediately to selling me: * 3 crown bridges * Additional treatments * A treatment plan totaling $14,367 No conservative options. No "wait and see." No acknowledgment of my consistent dental history. Just pressure, fear-based language, and financing talk. The diagnosis felt conveniently timed to justify a massive upsell. If periodontal disease had truly been present, it would not have gone unnoticed for 7 years of regular care. Periodontal disease doesn't magically appear overnight and suddenly require five-figure dentistry. The entire experience felt corporate, rushed, and sales-driven, not patient-centered. I wasn't treated like someone seeking care--I was treated like a revenue opportunity. If you're a senior, on a fixed income, or coming in for dentures, be extremely cautious. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here. Dental care should be about health--not quotas.

Okay, it is time to put this dentist's office on the map of greater Wichita Falls. I have heard…read moregood things about Dr. Curran, and my Aunt's sister works here, so I thought I'd give them a shot-especially since I needed a second opinion (And a new dentist's office) So here is what I found out in regard to this location. The lobby is small, but quiet. They have an alcove near the restroom that has children's toys for your kid. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Again I'd like to point out how quiet it was, I am a person who enjoys simpler things as well as serenity. There are various personal reasons as to why I cannot stand loud noises, and I'm happy to report that this place is free of that. Now I wish I could review the dental assistant, but that would come with some bias because she's my aunt's sister and I've associated many times. I will say, however, that she is definitely friendly and a people person. From what I saw of other dental assistants there, they're all very nice and appear very willing to help out if at all possible. I will say it was fun to hear my aunt's sister joke with Dr. Curran that he needs to be nice or she'd have to hear from her big sister, my aunt. Now Dr. Curran is an older gentleman and very experienced. He has a plaque on the wall that names him "dentist of the year" in 2007-I'd like to point out. He seems to specialize in implants, so I did ask about that in regards to the tooth that another dentist said would have to be extracted. He looked closely at it and determined that it was possible to save it by replacing the filling, so we are going to try that. I am well pleased to report that making an appointment means you can make an appointment for the next week rather than three weeks to a month down the line. The dentist here gave me a list of various alternatives and went so far as to educate me on how my tooth looked and why certain possibilities would work better than others. Unlike the last dentist I had been to around here (overall I needed a dentist here rather than my primary back home, Trinity Dental, which is two hours away), I left this office feeling like I was there on my time and not a burden to either the dentist or the receptionist. These people care about you and they care about your teeth. I highly recommend them. I think they understand that if you are nervous about dentists in general, you want to feel like the dentist office cares about you-and that's exactly what this place did for me.
