What a gem. Located off the Avenida de la Constitución (Main Street) near the cathedral, is perhaps Seville's best cocktail bar. The menu for their drinks is based on 80s movies: Lost Boys, Scarface, Pulp Fiction, etc. Order the Pulp Fiction and they bring you a Delorean that takes off. Order the Lost Boy and they bring you a blood kit with a communion wafer. I ordered a Vodka Martini. The waitress went and got Frank the head bartender. I explained what I wanted: a classic Vodka Martini, stirred but not shaken. He immediately understood. What came out was perhaps the best martini I've had in Europe. No easy feat. I told frank that he should name it: Octopussy in homage to the Roger Moore 80s 007 film. 80s music is blaring and the crowd is Gen X. If you go, ask for a Vodka Martini and tell Frank a former "Company" man sent you. read more

Almost a perfect gem in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Kind of walk from the main restaurants and bars, but not too far either. The entrance is a bit hidden, you need to walk in and see the LE XIX sign on a billboard or the wall. Only reason for a 4 vs 5 star rating here would be that the menu is short and not easily accessible. It's written on the left side of the bar. Only, only do the mainstream popular classic cocktails, so nothing too extraordinary. But for sure a great spot to stop at either with a group or for an intimate date. The decor and seating is more classy than casual imo, but either way no need for a jacket or coat to come here, casual attire is fine. read more

My wife and I visited this bar both nights we stayed in Seville. The atmosphere is fantastic, comfortable chairs and attentive staff. They take pride in their cocktails and I recommend the 'Old-Fashioned" if you enjoy whiskey. Both nights we ended up chatting with one of the owners and he made us a "Sazerac" with Sazerac rye whiskey, bitters and Absinthe in the most entertaining manner. Ultimately the bar is one for a slightly older crowd looking for well made drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. read more

Not your typical bar in Seville, but if you are looking for some good liquor drinks then this is your place. Although near the heart of downtown Seville, this place is off a side road so if you're looking to get away from the crowd for a bit then this should do the trick. Our bartender was super-friendly and took great care in making our drinks. My old fashioned was good though just a bit sweet for my liking. The drinks cost 7-10 euros so not as cheap as a lot of places in Seville, but if you're looking for something a bit different then you certainly can't go wrong here. read more

Really nice staff and serves funky cocktails. I got one served in a popcorn box (with free popcorn!). Only downside is that it is pricey. Cocktails are within the 6 to 10 euro range - but defo worth it. read more

This place is bomb for breakfast. They have this whole tostada/café thing down perfectly. As Americans my friend and I were pretty confused about the whole breakfast thing because Spaniards don't appear to do the eggs and bacon morning experience. They do tostadas and coffee and it is DELICIOUS. We went around 11am, it was packed full of locals, all friendly. We went back later in the evening because they also have a full bar and it looks pretty trendy. Wasn't as busy, but we also went pretty early in the evening. Things don't kick off in Sevilla for the night until around 10pm, maybe later. Super cute place though!! read more

Great find. We were on our way to Casablanca when we found this little gem. The space is ecclectic, kind of a blend of Los Angeles meets New York meets old world Spain. Great selection of drinks, friendly bar tender. Shocked there weren't more people in here, but at the same time kind of glad because we were able to pick a comfortable seat and enjoy our drinks. read more

Great decor and ambiance. However, be forewarned: THIS IS A SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. We had some great drinks and enjoyed the place, but my throat and sinuses paid a very dear price. I felt awful the following day. After getting used to go out in a smoke-free environment I realized I cannot handle smoke again. read more
