Staff is always a little slow (but friendly) and the wifi only works every now and then. It can be really crowded here at times but so far we've been lucky. On top of it, no one else seemed to mind. I know I'm sounding like a total germaphobe American here - and I'm usually the last one to pull the "In America, this or that would never happen". But when it comes down to someone literally coughing left and right all over everyone's food, it's not ok.
