That is, it is not ultra-center town, so you don't walk out right into the piazza or market. As such, looks are quite deceiving. Once you walk in, you find an absolutely beautiful hotel. The common areas are stunning, and the rooms are updated classic... very nice, with excellent touches. The service of the hotel staff is excellent. All extremely friendly and helpful. And um, if you're tired of churches there's a bar in the same square that's full of ... well ... how should I put this? There are several spires, but not religious ones. If you're not the stuffy type, you'll get a kick out of it.

The apartments are very clean and tastefully decorated. You can smell the flowers and the lemons from your balcony. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable. It was the perfect place to escape the stressful fast life. The bus top to nearby Acireale is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartments. Great little pizzeria down the street. It was so nice to walk to the Blu bar in the morning for a cappuccino. The owner, Adriana is very nice, helpful, and will arrange any kind of customized tour to suit your needs at a very reasonable price. She is very passionate about providing her guests with an enjoyable vacation.
