We were recommended to Dr Jones because of her use of lasers to remove the ties. As a mom I was worried about the procedure and how my son would go with any pain involved. In the end I think there were more tears by me before the procedure than him after. Dr Jones was vert thorough with her explanation of the tongue and lip tie and the effects on breastfeeding, the procedure itself and the aftercare. My husband and I felt 100% confident in our decision to have her fix this. All of here staff seemed to be so loving with my son. After the procedures I could tell immediately it had helped with his feeding. The receptionist, Meg, is lovely and really helpful with any questions that you may have before or after. She called to make sure my son was doing well a few days after the procedure, which he was just hours after he was all smiles.
