Sadly the waiter taking my order was a mood killer with his miserable look and s bit of a jerk. But, I wasn't the only one he treated this way and I decided to ignore him, since the rest of the staff was very nice. The whole fish was excellent, juicy and moist inside with a crispy skin covered with rock salt.
