This was my second stay with the CitizenM chain (the first one was in London), and I can safely say…read moreI'm a fan. Prices are fair, and the location is excellent, just a short walk to and from Gare de Lyon, which makes getting around Paris very easy. One thing I really appreciate about CitizenM is the consistency: the rooms are always the same, so you know exactly what you're getting. While they are small, the space is very efficiently maximized. It could feel tight if you planned to spend a lot of time in the room, but if you're out sightseeing most of the day, it works perfectly. The decor is cool and modern, which gives the hotel a nice, contemporary vibe. A special shout-out to Hanane at the reception: she was great, very friendly, and eager to help. On the downside, breakfast was a bit underwhelming, and I did notice a single hair on my pillow, which was disappointing. Overall, a solid stay and a great option for short trips to Paris.

I was supposed to have two nights here, it my flight from NY to Paris was cancelled, which caused me to lose a night and two days. Not only is I just lose the time, I lost the money because they refused to refund me the night. They instead offered to modify my remaining night, at the urgent rate, which was much higher. It was almost $300 in USD, for the one night. The room was a King sized bed but I. My opinion, not big enough for two people. The room is arranged in a surprising way where every thing surprisingly fit but it's very cramped. The bed was comfy and had a small desk next to the bed so I was able to get some work done. I was pleasantly surprised they had both to r European and American outlets here. I've been to several European hotels, but I've never seen that. The staff here was helpful despite my lack of ability to speak French. Due to the size, I would not stay her or probably another Citizen M property, but my one night stay was pleasant.

While eating breakfast you can actually see the arena thru the window, Being from the USA the first day I took an Uber to get around but the subway is RIGHT across the street. The subway is very easy to use and was only 4 bucks to get around the city. Multiple restaurants, bakeries and shops right across the street This hotel is in a prime location and I highly recommend staying here, definitely my hotel of choice when I return.

I chose this hotel for a stay in Paris for several reasons:…read more* It had an adjacent rental car drop-off site; we planned to arrive here via rental car. * Gare de Lyon was the station from which trains to Barcelona departed; we planned to leave Paris for Barcelona by train. * There is a Metro (subway) station below the train station; we planned to get around Paris via Metro during our stay. * The price I found on the internet seemed reasonable. So mostly this was based on convenience and price. All of the above factors worked out for us during our stay. The hotel itself seems fairly new (not run-down / aging). They had amenities which we did not use (a small indoor pool, a fitness center inside an interior 3-story atrium, a restaurant/bar, etc.). They had WiFi, though it is unsecured; at least it was fairly fast. As far as other services, the hotel did let us know once a delayed bag arrived. The area is not overly noisy given its location within Paris. Given similar constraints, I would choose this hotel again.

Well this is a hard review to write .. I gave this hotel 4 stars because it was a nice hotel and…read morethe staff were wondeful. Unfortunately for us we were hugely disappointed with the location .. this is not the hotels fault ... actually if the location was ideal I'd have given them 5 stars. We were on a Europe tour from a company called Globus. I love the decor and art ..the staff were nice selection at breakfast and the food from room service was ok. Everything was modern and clean and looked new. But this was much farther from main part of Paris than was acceptable .. it was highly disappointing. This tour group stuck us out of town for all the major cities and we had to manage to get ourselves about .. which is the whole point of going on a tour. .. SO YOU DONT WASTE TIME LOST IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. We has extended our stay here months ahead to have an extra day .. this was confirmed by the hotel, our travel agent and the Globus people .. but when we checked in .. they had no record of it. They did work it out but the main issue was the location was in walking distance of NOTHING WE WANTED TO SEE thus this would not be a location i would pick again. But the hotel itself was lovely ... as was the staff. it looks like there is a Pullman hotel with a gorgeous view of the Effel tower and I think one near the Arc of Triumph .. Boy either of those locations would have rocked!!!!!!!!!!!! but this location is far from the tourist area .. it's quiet and nice .. but we came to see Paris. So Globus tours is the one at fault ... but if you are likewise wanting to see Paris .. this isn't the hotel for you.

I stayed at this aparthotel with my daughter for a week and we liked that it was bigger than most hotel rooms in Paris. The bedroom appartement is modern and functional, a little basic but providing what you need with a kitchen area. Although we didn't cook, it was nice to have a fridge and silverware to enjoy a snacks and cold drinks from time to time in the room. When you stay for 7 days, they provide cleaning once which was good enough for us. The only problem is the badly designed shower where the lack or curtain makes it nearly impossible not to water the entire room. The staff was friendly an we felt safe with a code to enter the building and 24 hour front desk.

i wrote a long feedback about this place last night (09/16/22). in any case, the hotel is pretty…read moremuch like an minimalist apartment. there's the bed, tv, small table, lamps to illuminate, microwave and a small fridge. the bathrooms were equipped with the necessities. i'm from los angeles and i'm very much used to amenities (like everyone else) but this will make do for me. there are 2 front desk folks that i want to thank for being so nice and accommodating. their names are nicholas (swing shift) and laureen (day time). they've been extremely helpful since this is my very first time in paris. let me say that this place is close enough for all the tours that i did. the uber prices are not astronomical. in the US, uber has gone way up with the surcharges that tagged into it. @ the district where the hotel is - it's pretty fair. i did the eiffel tower, moulin rouge, seine river cruise @ night, the louvre and the pantheon and yesterday i did the bike tour (off the beaten path). i enjoyed everything and once i retrieved @ the hotel - it was very relaxing and comfortable. this place may not be the 4 - 5 star but for the price & area - it was good. the breakfast was okay but i read somewhere that i can get a better breakfast for 12 euros. i opted to not having it here but there's a ton of places (boulangerie/cafes) that you can get good food. in fact, this place is surrounded by cafes & drinking places that you can hang - if you feel like it. if you're travelling by yourself, i'd say stay @ the hotel. for a first timer like me, i'm satisfied. it met my needs since i'm out everyday anyways. it's comfortable and easy plus there's some groceries if you feel like having a bottle of wine and/or snack. take it from me, i've stayed in 5 stars inclusive hotel in jamaica and maybe a 4 star inclusive in the bahamas - and i was still comfortable and happy here. folks, it's what you make out of it. come and visit this place... stay on the 3rd floor like where i am now. oh... the woman @ the breakfast area wasn't too happy in the morning & i've already told management. voila, she started to smirk/smile @ me and my UK friend. again, if you need a place just to sleep and rest - for the price - book this one. so far, they are helpful every time we ask for things. i will be back in a few years to this place again. Merci beaucoup pour votre temps de lecture ts. (thank you for your time in reading this) :)
