We reported it and the owner talked to them right away and offered for us to move to a new room on a different floor. Food at restaurant was very good. Pool, although outside, is covered in a green-house type manner. We were able to swim even when outside was cold. Water temperature wss comfortable. They have parkibg across from the hotel. A 5 min walk to the beach.
