I was visiting relatives who live in southern France and I came to this restaurant for dinner…read moretwice, on consecutive days. It's decent French food, but the mains are definitely overseasoned. I had a pork dish on the first day and guinea fowl on the second, and they were oversalted.
They bake their own bread in-house, so be sure to try that.
The service is great, and the price is outstanding for a prix fixe meal of this quality. The outdoor seating area is also quite nice on a sunny day, and you can see the fish swim up into the cylinders if you're seated by the water feature. Since you're there, make sure you try the Buzet wine (and Armagnac, if you're into that stuff)!
