Poor service. Repairman was unable to fix my dishwasher. When my warranty was denied the customer service at Reparateur was very rude about, not helpful at all at figuring out why the warranty was not honoured. Told me they would not come do the actual repair that they had already messed up until they were paid and they would give me no information about why it was denied. read more

Call Sub Zero who took pictures of issue and referred us to Le Réparateur and send them all info. Got a call back 48 hours later to schedule an appointment in 2 week as they needed to get the part. They got the part early in 48 hours and offer to come the following day! Sebastian showed up on time and fix low our Sub Zero. Low cost for this repair. Great service and great team.
