I also found out this Dish has been nominated for a Michelin Star. The Bulgar Wheat Risotto "The Golden Pot" had a nice mild Earthly flavor from the Porcini Mushrooms with that light Cream Sauce was how a this dish should be at every Restaurant. However, no one seems to get it right before dining here. Firm texture, not gummy, definitely not bland and overall just a very satisfying meal.
