Here are the friendly servers Zeynep and Yasemin at OZE coffee shop in Goreme , Cappadocia

my husband and I enjoyed the great coffee served by two welcoming servers Zeynep and Yasemin.

Got Turkish coffee and some Turkish Delights here and they were decent. The cup wasn't as good looking as at Coffeedocia.

Sütlaç, Turkish "burnt" rice pudding. So gooood!

Great friendly service, my favorite cafe in Cappacocia. Yes, I tried 3 others in town! You MUUUST try the pistachio ice cream or the sutlaç rice pudding. The pistachio ice cream tastes like its 75% pistachio chunks and 25% cream. Best pistachio ice cream I've had in Turkey.

They have a wide selection of coffee drinks in different flavors and a wide selection of teas. The place is clean, well-lit and has enough seating and tables. It also has free WiFi - ask them for the password. We came for an after dinner drink and dessert. They have 3 types of baklava (chocolate, cream, and walnut), a few slices of cake, rice pudding, and cookies. Nothing looks like they made it themselves or particularly fresh, but this isn't really a bakery. We ordered 3 pieces of baklava and they were overly syrupy and sweet. Maybe you like that kind of baklava, but it was a little too sweet for my liking. This place is just fine for hanging out and grabbing a quick drink or snack, but probably not somewhere I'd seek out or recommend for dessert.

Pros: clean and has free wifi. Good place to go to hang out and stay out of the sun. Very close to the bus shuttle station. A lot of selections from basic coffee to blended and fraps. Cons: The coffee is not that great. I ordered an iced coffee. Think it more if a preference though. The Turkish water changes the taste of the coffee I believe.

One of the best baklava we've had in turkey. Their other desserts also looked pretty good. Would definitely recommend trying.

I loved the open atmosphere of the restaurant and the comfortable seating around the indoor/outdoor patio. We came here more hungry then normal. I ordered the Pottery kebab which comes in a heated clay pot. The dish is heated then broken open at the table to dump out the contents of a heated beef stew like dish. I also ordered the Veggie quesadilla which might be my favorite dish here. I actually came back here again just for the quesadilla. This is filled with peppers to replace the meat. I'm not a veterinarian but this was better then the other meat dishes I've had. To drink I had the Limon coco. This wasn't bad but I might get something else next time.

The smoke was pretty smooth (though my friend disagreed). The interior was also very carefully decorated. I was only allowed to smoke 30 minutes in door (they said it was the law), before I had to move outside with my new friend. It was cold in the winter, but we enjoyed it so much that the temperature was nothing to us. It was nice watching all the lights from the shops outside too.

This restaurant is in the middle of the city center. A pharmacy and ATM are right outside the entrance. The restaurant was chosen for me by the group I was traveling with. Our tour guide wanted us to experience something special and typical of the area today. He personally recommended the restaurant. We didn't pick the menu. We picked the protein, and so I don't know the name of what I had lol. We started our dinner with the traditional starters. We had the yogurt and hummus. A variety of different rolls that were nice and warm. It was good. I ordered something that came in a clay pot. I picked lamb. It was like a stew. It came with dark a type of rice. It was out of this world. I loved the presentation and flavors. I was happy with it. For dessert, I had a poached fruit covered in something like cotton candy. It was different and excellent. I loved dinner. The service was good. The staff spoke some English. They came around the table. I was happy with everything.

We ordered all the appetizers because everyone in my fam are chaotic food gremlins. Now, somewhere between our excitement and the language barrier, our order got hilariously mangled. Totally our fault...we talk fast, gesture vaguely, and assume everyone can read minds. They gave us two zucchini blossom orders instead of one blossom + one fried zucchini. Tragedy? Not even close. Keyif handled it like pros: took stuff off the bill, handed us free dessert (instant loyalty secured), and looked genuinely worried we'd torch them in a Google review. Spoiler alert: we will not. In fact, we're giving them a 7 out of 5 stars for grace under appetizer pressure. Highly recommend. Come for the mezes, stay for the humility.
